Bed bug alert. Had very bad rash and couldn't sleep. Publican called me a liar and not to come back ever again. Poker machines took over $2000 dollars within an hour. Food was greasy and bad. Went to McDonald's restaurant. Definitely not going back.

For $15 lunch specials there were a few choices. We had fish and chips generous portion and was fine for a pub lunch special. Pub is lovely and spacious with a very nice indoor/outdoor area. Wine by the bottle a bit on the expensive side compared to some other places but it still a nice time was had by all. Please have a wine list so that people can chose a glass or bottle rather than staff rattling off the names of the wines they have.

Ok stay for a short trip. 2nd time staying here, different room than the last. Room was a little noisy as exhaust vents were out side. They went quiet before bed time. No aircon in room, but the fan made up for it. Happy the room has own bathroom as a lot of other similar places have shared bathroom facilities. Only thing needed was a shower curtain. Bistro was still open on arrival and closed at 3, and had a decent menu for lunch specials. For $15, the meal was a decent size. Heads up, there is no lift access to the room.

The hotel doesn't respond on late checkout requests for bookings, which gets added on your confirmed booking and you would expect they would get back to you if late checkout is not possible. The receiption asks you to come back to them again but no effort by the staff to drop a message or try and contact you to have this clarified as part of good customer service. Fast mouth staff try to push to blame onto you rather than helping sort a solution. If you are busy forget about early morning ĺnteration with hotel staff as the place is locked up and they dont pick up calls around 9am. I would have even been happy to pay for the late checkout. A definate mistake in choosing this hotel accommodation.

Room was completely rundown with some basics not working or missing completely. Whatever the smell is, air freshener or aircon scented, is terrible and desperately needs attention. Downstairs pub and deck area is good. Staff were nice 👍

I’ve stayed at the hotel before and don’t recall the mattress being so uncomfortable, it felt like a bed base without the mattress maybe I was in a different room and I think I had a steak last time but I had the nachos this time and it was all okay except for the mince which was disgusting and ruined the whole meal.

Was comfortable but no air con in my room apart from that all good.

The room was very clean.The fridge in my room was noisy next to bed. The Queen room had a ensuite but was small i guess for a hotel room thats how it is. No heating or cooling in room.

Cheap room above the public bar area. Comfortable but a bit noisy due t the pub downstairs and adjacent road noise. Access to/from carpark is via a rear entrance though bit disconcerting going to the bar to get your key. Room layout a bit weird. no wifi, no glasses in the room only 2 cups. Pie Face adjacent is a good place for a coffee and breakfast.
