Overall, I'm pretty satisfied - the room was spacious and clean although the pillow was way to soft for my liking. The a la carte menu as well as breakfast buffet was fine. However, it's a major minus that the hotel gym didn't open until 9am - I believe it said 8am on the door, but that's a mistake, I guess. When checking at the reception if I could use it earlier, I was informed that it wasn't possible due to cleaning. Nobody cleans a hotel gym at 6am...

Needs improving a lot stop serving food 20.00pm the kitchen as no interest .

Wir haben hier auf unserer Rückreise aus dem Sommerurlaub Zwischenstation gemacht, da ansonsten tatsächlich nahezu alles in Küstennähe ausgebucht war...das Hotel ist Teil einer Skihalle aus den 00er Jahren, ziemlich groß und wirkt etwas altbacken. Das Zimmer war geräumig und durchaus komfortabel, ebenso wie das offensichtlich nicht vor allzu langer Zeit modernisierte Bad. Weniger gut gefallen haben uns das praktisch nicht vorhandene WIFI und die extrem weichen (durchgelegenen?) Matratzen, die den Schlaf leider arg beeinträchtigt haben. Für eine Zwischenübernachtung aber noch ok. Im Übrigen noch positiv: Günstiges Frühstücksbuffet mit Blick ins Innere der Skihalle und großer Auswahl sowie der kostenlose Parkplatz!

Clean, easy drive and parking, nice staff, the restaurant has maybe 3 main dishes that are all on fast food level at best, that's the only issue I got

The indoors slope was fun to try and good for learning to ski or snowboard. The lift is a bit slow and after one day the slope gets quite repetitive. The hotel was very nice and the food in the buffet was good. The alpine package we purchased stated that we would have access to the buffet from 11.30 to 21.00 but in reality it was closed from 14.30 to 17.00 so getting a coffee in the afternoon was not possible

Booking of skischool is a nightmare. Why is there no online booking? I booked via email and it went wrong, the booking was on our second day instead of first day. When leaving the hotel, you must pay for ski school if booked, but the price given to you at booking time, does not include ski school! Do you deliberately try to confuse your customers? The skying equipment (boots) are old and all insoles were old and not usable, I tried 5 boots before satisfied The lockers at changing area requires coins, but there is no where to get coins?! The ski lift to the right of the big skying area was not running/operable this weekend? Why? The beginners area is not steep enough when skying for a few hours!

Silvester was too expensive noch drinks Not even water included. For dogs fantastic, very proper on 1 Januar outside the hotel. Sauna misses a Cold water bassin ( just for feet) skiing was fine, too long Role in the morning for the beginnend. Good snow!
