Clean rooms, great food, breakfast on time. The swimming pools were however not cleaned on the day. Overall it is good place with good security at the gate.

You always treat your customers equal, and it is heartwarming to see the professionalism from all ends and the great attitude from all staff member, it was my second stay on business, and I will recommend to anyone who is looking from peace of mind to stay.

Great place, amazing stuff, beautiful deco just needs little fixes here and there... Can also reduce the price for such a room

Am disappointed on gym voucher cancellation. Am disappointed on having to pay for tray for room service. Am disappointed on burger lunchbox with safe dried fruits, muffin and nuts :-(

I always choose them when I am in Witbank. Since no one can compete with them this far. And the staff makes you feel at home.

Poor service I ever received. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. waited 1.12min because Agency didn't send the hotel voucher. The receptionist wasn't helpful at all, he just watches me standing, until I ask him what to do next. he was just cold. worse part his manager Tshepo that he reports to wasn't helpful.

Great service indeed, they are quick to assist and respond efficiently without complaints. Their rooms are neat and smells fresh. They provided me with clean towels every day. The reception area is extremely helpful.

The service was beyond my expectations and the staff was above ordinary Arrangements of the conference venues was perfect, meals on time and staff was available. We were provided with the dedicated person for the duration of two days.

Great service, the reception was so welcoming. thanks to Irene @ the reception for her lovely work. the food was also well prepared. the room allocated to be at the reception was also very good. the reception answered calls swiftly

For the price l expected more. The room was generally clean save for the bathroom. It still had ladies hair all over, broken shower faucet. I must say though that the food was amazing. The wifi speed 5*

A friend and i went to a wedding in Witbank and the ANEW hotel Witbank was accommodating for our early check in request, staff was very friendly and helpful, room was very clean, keep up the good work!

Poor customer services!!! The receptionists are very rude!! The waiters are not helpful,the manager lacks customer services skills….instead of being more approachable he is the worst out of the stuff.

I wanted to like this place, but the staff frequently miscommunicated. It was nearly impossible to get a decent meal for room service and the WiFi is so bad that it makes hard to do business here. Disappointed.
