I stayed here twice, April and May 2024. Had I been able to cancel after the first stay, I would have. The wifi is a joke. If you need to get any work done or be connected at all, this is not the place. Also, streaming services on the tv do not connect. No phone in the room to call front desk. No plug ins by the bed to charge devices. Yet, they have wall lamps next to the bed on each side, so the wiring is there. Messaged them on Whatsapp AND on their online chat portal (per their instructions) to get a car for pickup and they never answered. I had to call them to ask them to answer me. They finally did. Booked a car to pick me up from airport on arrival. Wilbard booked me a ride and said it (have it all in Whatsapp still) would be 550 and I can pay at the hotel. Great. Get to hotel and I'm told by the very lukewarm and rushed (no one else was there to check in) receptionist that I had to pay cash. I was never told this. Ridiculous. For my second stay, Wilbard booked me another car to go back to the aiport. I had them book it for 4:30am just because something in me knew they would mess it up. They did. The driver didn't show up until 5am and told me they told him 5am. He also told the security guard the same thing. Additionally, for my second car the different receptionist was able to put the car on my card. And said it was only 500. Interesting how the story and amount changed. Shady. Not again.
