A wonderful place to get away to for a few days! From fresh flowers in the lobby and in the rooms to a small pillow with chocolates and a nightcap left on your bed in the evening, out experience was perfect!

I stayed in one of the Colonial Houses, but you check in at the Inn and have house privileges there. Without exception, the staff there was friendly and helpful. I had one dinner and one breakfast in the restaurant. Both times a very pleasant experience and good food. Look at the murals in the restaurant, they are lovely!

The Williamsburg Inn is the epitome of quality, excellence and customer service. From the time you walk in the front door until you check out, the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one. Welcome home!!

This quaint hotel in very close to downtown Colonial Williamsburg. The service was incredible from start to finish. The hotel itself is gorgeous and upkept extremely well.The views our hotel suite were amazing! This is our favorite hotel in the Williamsburg area!

Such a gracious, generous, perfect hotel and we have been to many hotels.. Just perfect..I wish I could move in and just never leave. Always helpful, always super lovely, always spotless. All the rooms are gorgeous and in keeping with the Williamsburg timelessness. The best.

Excellent experience from start to finish! Lovely accommodations, lots of amenities, and friendly and professional staff. Beautiful grounds, convenient parking and easy access to Historic Williamsburg sights, demonstrations, dining and shopping.

Exceptional service from Aiden, Rupert and everyone else we encountered. So much history in this hotel built by the Rockefellers. You sit in the same lobby that Churchill, Eisenhower, Truman, and Queen Elizabeth all passed through when they stayed. Even Salvador Dali was here. Comfortable lobby, by the way. They always had a small fire going in the fireplace. We had a standard room that was probably 3x the size of a room in NYC. Bathroom was big, too. Turndown service at bedtime. All the olde-timey shops of Williamsburg as well as pubs and restaurants were about a 5-10 minute walk away. Was less than an hour’s drive from the airport at Norfolk. Will likely return.

Our stay in the Churchill Suite was one of the finest hotel experiences ever. The late and spacious suite was comfortable and finely decorated. It’s was perfect for traveling with our Havanese as it was a quiet room with easy access to the outdoors. The Inn, as always, was welcoming.

We had our second wonderful trip this past week… having visited our first time in December 2023. Fantastic staff, wonderful accommodations. We got to know Cathy and Leslie well in the front reception as well as Andre and Aaron managing arrival and departure. There is a family sense at the Inn, proud of their history and carrying it forward for their visitors to feel part of.
