Staying in a one-room apartment was such a happiness to us and made our day. We arrived after the manager left office for home, but he/she took care to pass the door key and intructions to us, so we got into the room without trouble. Located in the outside of Williams makes the environment quite and we slept well.

Where do I start. To be fair, we only paid $59. But this place is a dump. Hole in the walls, which are so thin we could hear everything spoken in the adjoining room, and the adjoining room on the other side of that. There were literally boogers wiped on the walls. And the staff didn't even clean that up. The floors were dirty. I had to wipe my feet off before I put my socks on. But at least the bed sheets were clean. The door had such big gaps around it that I could easily see light. Lord knows what was crawling through that. We never had a chance to use the pool as there was a birthday party going on and the pool was filled with kids and balloons. But at least the kids had fun. They only thing I can guess is that the good reviews come from the RV campers. The cabins are awful. When you look at the website, you get the impression that you are getting a stand alone cabin. But you are not. You have neighbors and you can hear everything they say and do and for as long as they stay up, which in our case was until about 2 AM. Bottom line: You are not paying much for the room, but in the "you get what you pay for" category, this place is horrible.

We stayed for 3 nights but after the first day the room did not get cleaned and we did not get clean wash cloths for our shower. What made it worse the office does not open until 8 AM. When I asked for clean wash cloths at 8 AM I was told it would be 20 minutes. After 20 minutes I asked again and was told "she was bringing them to my room". When someone brought clean wash cloths it was a he, a guy that was talking to the manager when she said "she". This is 1 hour from the Grand Canyon so we like to start our day early to get a jump on the crowd but could not on this day. By the way our room never got cleaned the whole time we were there. Also the shower is very very small.

From the outside, the property looks fantastic, but the interior is quite disappointing. The rooms definitely need renovation—there are old chairs with stains, a loud noise coming from the fridge, and the toilet wasn’t very clean. Honestly, I’d rather stay at the nearby motel, which is likely cleaner and more modern. That said, the staff were very friendly and helpful, which was a positive aspect of the stay.

Wouldnt stay again. Rooms smell of mildew, toilets are not tightened down, tiles coming off, space heaters were used, becaise heater wasnt working. Windows wouldn't close, its dirt outside, so everytime you went into your room you tracked hirt in and there was no broom to clean it up. Bottoms of all the furniture was warped and nasty im assuming from water. Waiting at least 20 min for the hot water to get hot for a shower. There was blood on the toilet seat, and the mini fridge had something in it, that hadnt been cleaned up and smelled horrible.
