Service is too slow even for island time... rooms are bit too dark and it's loud till 12. Besides that lovely beach and everything very close.

The manager was not so welcoming we arrived 2 days late due to the weather i had informed them of this issue. The check in told you nothing all they were interested in was taking 200 dollars deposit which will take 20 working days to get back. I thought this was a bit of a scam to earn money. The air con was dripping water in one room and was not mended until the following morning the manager apparently knew about this but did not realise it had not been fixed, very poor not concentrating on the right things. No apology

I’ll start with all of the positives, it is a beautiful and safe resort. I enjoyed the saltwater pools, there were various dining options, and you have access to excursions on the property. Guest services was very polite and helpful. However, the customer service that we received from the receptionists was not pleasant. The rooms were not cleaned on a proper schedule and they do not change bed sheets unless you make multiple requests. I went to the resort with perfectly clear skin and left with bumps on my face and body. We woke up to ants in the bathroom then requested a room change. They allowed us to switch rooms and the manager accommodated my friend and I with one drink voucher… Overall, I had a great trip outside of the living conditions. The resort is beautiful but I can’t say that I would recommend it or stay there again.

The staff here was amazing & attentive. I love the location. Plenty to do within the area. 10/10. I would definitely come back to this hotel again.

I stayed here while on vacation for my birthday and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable stay. Amy and Sabina were absolutely amazing. I will definitely return.

The grounds itself was very nice and beautiful. Finding your room in the dark is almost impossible due to the limited signage. The room on the first night had plumbing issues and the stench of sewer gas permeated the entire bathroom every time the toilet was flushed. The hotel was full so I had to endure the smell the entire night. The staff finally got me moved for the balance of the stay. The restaurant was beyond bad. Ordered shrimp appetizer. 35.00 USD got TWO shrimp. Not that good. I ordered a steak medium and it came to the table RAW. Barely cooked. I sent back for another since it was already cut in *****s. Next steak came out RAW again. Same as the first one.I advised the restaurant supervisor that everything was not acceptable and that I would never return. I HAVE HAD BETTER MEALS AT MCDONALDS. Sorry guys, Won't be back ever.

The actual hotel was subpar. You can only get towels at the front. Towels should be accessible at all beach entry points. The lighting in the rooms is terrible. The king beds are not one king mattress. No fitted sheets in the beds just a flat sheet. Pillows are small and you get individual blankets.

I just checked out and this was the worse stay I’ve ever experienced. Our room was not properly cleaned the entire time of our stay, we didn’t have water for 12 hours! Meaning no showering or anything. Our door was broken, took them hours to fix and pool was never cleaned and the property pretty much told me I had to deal with it. Worse experience of my life

Loved the privacy of the room, the porch, the pool. Easy access to beautiful sheltered beach with small waves and numerous lounges. Multiple dining and drinking options within walking distance. Friendly and helpful hotel staff.
