Dune Villa Wilderness is a lovely place. There are so many personal and thoughtful touches in the lobby and the room. The owners are kind and welcoming and made a point to say hi and check in on your stay at breakfast each morning. Oh, and the breakfast was delicious! Beautiful ocean views in the room and a good value! Not walkable to Wilderness was the only downside, but if you want a quiet and private place to stay this is it!!!

Amazing views, private access to Wilderness beach, breakfast to die for, relaxed atmosphere felt like home, James a wonderful host, peaceful and private even when all rooms were occupied, close proximity to restaurants, shops, and touristy areas. Wish we could have stayed longer. (My hubby loved walking on the beach that continues on forever!)

This is Heaven on the Beach, literally on a private beach, the Indian Ocean, and waves serves as the perfect view while relaxing with a book in hand (they have a book exchange) and sipping on a glass of wine. The rooms are extremely spacious and well equip, not to mention the free minibar in room and coffee station below with fresh cake and snacks. The breakfast is better than a 5 star hotel and the host and management is super and friendly. I would totally recommend Dune Villa Wilderness for a base exploring the Garden Route in South Africa. (The Owner is also a keen golfer and can book your game at all the prestigious courses in the area)

Out of this world location, stunning views, the breakfast was 1st class with plenty of choice & James the hoist told us on our arrival at lunch time you will see sandwiches & cake please help yourself. This was a lovely touch & was all included in the price you paid. Highly recommended 👌

We stayed two nights and had always a great start in the day with a breakfast. The host is a very talkative person and the beach is nearly free of other persons. We did paragliding next to this place which I only can recommend. Overall, we had a great stay.
