the employee at the front desk, a girl, regret i did not see her name and mention here, was a super bad experience, rude and robbery. so i stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, first 2 nights was booked without pre-paying, and the third night was a add-on booking, and it was pre-payed online. when i checking in, the front desk confirmed with me VERY clearly, i only need to pay for the first 2 nights and city tax for all 3 nights, and i payed all when checking in, then the funny thing happened, when I check out, the girl insisted that my third night room was not payed yet, even after I shown her the order and the hotel Voucher, and I was having a train to catch with. the third night was booked much late than the first 2 nights, and it was a friday night, so the amount i payed for is much higher than first 2 nights, i payed almost 235 USD for it. anyway, after about 10 minutes, that girl request me to send the paying evidence and the VOUCHER to their hotel email address, i sent, and then she checked out for me. and right after a few minutes, when I just get on a metro, I received a message from credit card bank stating a payment of 151 USD at this hotel! I was shocked by 2 things: 1) this hotel just used my credit card record to charge me 151 USD without any of my knowledge and my authority! 2) this hotel charge me again. even i shown them my payment invoice!!!! how terrible and how Rude! how to say, i was so shocked and so impressed by this Robber Hotel. the result was I contacted with the booking website, and the result was this Robber Hotel refund me after 48 hours! but i would put this Hotel including all hotel from this group in the black list forever, and will share with people and friends, because when you are in a trip, this things really ruins your mood. 100% NOT Recommend this Robber Hotel.
