Poorly maintained and poorly managed. Hot water boiler failed on day two so whole hotel had no hot water for four days. Manager strung us along each day saying next day for sure, presumably so that we would not check out. No discount or compensation offered and manager argued when we asked for one. Not even a free hot chocolate when we came in off the slopes. Bare bones, no frills and clearly run on a shoestring by cheapskates. Grubby grout in the shower, grubby orange scum in shower curtain easily washed off in the machine if any care was taken. Dingy, dated decor. Rusting water fountain by the pool. Pool door lock not working and door sticking. Very poor value for a lot of money. Needs refurbishing and new management team. Awful. Please help us secure some compensation. We do not want an upgrade next time - we will never be going back and we want money back. US$10k for one week for two rooms is a lot of money. We should have at least 20% off for each of the four days without hot water.
