The hotel itself is fine it’s the people running it read the reviews on Google as well as here. You will understand. My mother, although last staying with me would be visiting and he’s in a wheelchair. She needed first floor access I called. They said they had a double room on the first floor. I booked it when I arrived. They only had a single. They put me in the single and would not adjust the room price. They required $100 deposit that I put on my personal credit card that they say they returned but did not, and I had to file a dispute also while trying to talk about these issues, all you got was screamed and yelled at and belittled this guy has no business being in customer service.
