복도가 토끼굴처럼 널려 있었습니다. 편안한 방과 침대, 얼룩진 카펫, 샤워하러 들어가기에는 너무 높은 욕조, 페인트칠이 벗겨지고 지저분했습니다. 멋진 바, 레스토랑, 안뜰이 있었는데, 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 가격도 적당해 보였지만 그곳에서 식사하지는 않았습니다. 무료 주차 공간도 넉넉했습니다.

좋은 위치, 괜찮은 환경, 객실 디자인은 미로처럼 약간 복잡하고 짐을 끌고 다니기 불편하고, 레스토랑과 바 직원들이 서로 수다를 떨고 있고 다른 사람들에게 별로 관심을 기울이지 않습니다.

The ship hotel is clean and convenient. The room was good sized but the double bed was just two singles joined together so wasn’t that comfortable. The staff were welcoming and kind. Would stay here again if I happen to be in the area.

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, although it is the first time that we used Trip to make the booking. This is a very nice hotel with friendly staff and a good range of food and drink available. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and a good night sleep was had. If I had to make a negative point it would be that we were required to pay an additional fee for parking and that hasn’t been the case before. I didn’t notice anything about parking charges when I made the booking although it may have been there. As a hotel guest that I would expect overnight parking to be complementary however this will not impact whether or not we stay at the hotel again. Thank you to the friendly staff and compliments to the Cleaning staff for presenting us with a nice room.

Booked 4 rooms over two night so business directors, told I could only have best western pounds for the room I stayed in regardless of booking and paying for them all, staff can only so no or I can’t, this filters down from the manager so be prepared for terrible service and frankly tired and grubby interiors

We were impressed & had a good stay for 1 night. Location was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great breakfast we had. Will recommend.

Lovely hotel! Would definitely stay again. On the same street as all the shops. The staff are incredibly friendly. Room service is excellent. My son was poorly so ordered a lot to our room and came within 20 mins. Room was spotless. Cannot fault.
