The Grove

What a lovey bed and breakfast, we stayed for 2 nights, we had a twin room there was plenty of hangers for clothes lots of sockets, and several mirrors, room was clean, the breakfast delicious and the ladies amazing, they really couldn’t do enough for you,and not forgetting cute little Teddy! Would definitely stay there again

This was the first visit for some time. It was recommended by a good friend who I have known over 25 years and who has been to Weston Super Mare many times. When we arrived the we went straight to our room and first impressions was wow, beautiful spacious room and lovely decor. We were in a family room with a double, two singles, bedside tables by each bed and lamps that come on by touch. Also a spacious wardrobe with hangers and drawers, heater if needed and hairdryer. They were many mirrors for each person in room so no fighting over use. Welcome teas, coffee, sugar, milk and cups and kettle in room. These are replenished each morning. The bathroom was clean (small) but enough for one person at a time with handwash and shower gel to use. Breakfast - We stayed for 3 nights and you left what you wanted on a tick sheet of what you wanted - full English fry up ( scrambled, fried eggs) and how you wanted it hot drinks, cereal, yogurts, toast, jam and hot drinks...beautiful breakfast and perfect each morning. We also stay on the patio chairs which are at the front but has a hedge so privacy and a real sun trap...such a relaxing time and comfortable. Owner Anne and friends were lovely, helpful and and were like visiting a good friend and don't forget Teddy...the dog you met each morning for his belly rubs and fuss. Would definitely go again and would recommend it to friend and family. Thanks all at Grove Lodge...Great atmosphere and lovely stay

It's a good hotel in a terrible town. It's a massive shame this isn't in another town. Food is ok nothing special. Cheap sausages and you have to order the night before which is rubbish but I missed that so if you don't want this avoid like I would have but this was my fault. Beds are hard mattresses and I don't like that but that's just a personal preference. Rooms are a great size and the the hosts are lovely. Would not go back owing the the god awful town of Weston super mare and the food business but it's a good hotel for what it is.

Very enjoyable stay in this traditional Bed and Breakfast. Comfortable bed and plentiful breakfast. Had a parking space at the back of the property and it's so convenient for both thel Playhouse and the beach. Will definitely be returning .

We had a very pleasant one nights stay at the grove lodge guest house, the guest house was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was lovely and we will be booking again in the future. Claire Price.

This guest house is in a great location, 5 minute walk to the beach/grand pier. Our room was on the ground floor, spacious and very clean. Had everything you could need. Breakfast was great, you fill out a form and request what you'd like the day before. Would definitely return if we venture down this way again.
