Basic stay, the lights kept going out so had to jimmy the key card in

Excellent large bed and mattress excellent shower had good sleep!!will stay again!!

Just got back from a 2 night stay with my partner, I felt very well catered for here as a wheelchair user, it has two lifts, the second was a bit smaller, and this is the first premier inn ive ever been to where I can get my wheelchair around both sides of the bed! Which was lovely to have a choice of what side to sleep on. Staff went above and beyond and a lovely lady with brown long hair and glasses was exceptional with the guest customer service. Food was beautiful every staff member approachable. Will definitely now be a returning customer to this premier inn. Would be lovely if there was a accessible room facing the sea. Was in room 118

Booked here for my partners birthday, we upgraded to the room with a view. What an amazing place, soo quiet even though there was a main road below. Lovely staff, very friendly and happy , coffee machine and fridge was good, the rainfall shower was fab, plenty of room there. Town was a few mins away, big supermarket was minutes away if you wanted it. Really didn't want to leave. Well done to everyone who made the holiday for us.

"The triplets" as they called themselves (clearly an inside joke which we thought was brilliant) not only live up to the title by looking very similar, but also because of just how extremely hardworking these three ladies are. Hollie, Chloe & Duty Manager Beth you are an absolute credit to your hotel and to the company as a whole. Such lovely, mature, hardworking ladies, so in sync with each other and work well together. It just really added to the experience having such lovely staff. Well done, keep it up ladies. We hope to see you when we return in summer

The room was clean however the hotel from the outside looks like it needs fixing up, it is not obvious that it is even the premier inn and just looks run down. Unfortunately we did not have a good experience as at 11.30 at night when myself, my partner and children were asleep someone else was given access to our room and we were woken up by man who had been given our room number. Luckily the man was nice but this could have gone very differently if it was not a decent person and we had not woken up upon hearing the door open.
