Vacation Village at Weston

The bed was uncomfortable. No shampoo/conditioner and/or lotion (was told to purchase; which is fine, but fair warning would have been nice). The staff are not people friendly; Was TRICKED, (yes I said tricked) to participate in a timeshare presentation which lasted 2 hours.

This place is horrible had to get new keys cards at least 3 times per day, mattresses are the worst old cheap and just horrible had to walk a 1/4 mile to get our own fresh towels the place is just run down not worth the money at all

My family and I visited Thanksgiving weekend. Staff was great and friendly. Parking was ample. There were laundry facilities throughout each floor but we did not use them. The pool was the best part. My 2.5 year old son loved the dedicated kiddy pool. I do wish there was more food and drink on the property but the gift shop was decent for lunch options. The rooms were spacious and I enjoyed cooking breakfast watching the cars go by on our balcony. We would visit again!

The pool is amazing , is our favorite place to me and my kids , es el perfecto lugar para salir de casa e ir a relajarnos seguiremos yendo sin duda alguna , cada mes mi familia y yo buscamos un hotel para pasar relajados un fin de semana y a mis hijos les encanto este lugar y a mi también tanto que ya hemos ido doa fínese se semana seguido a quedarnos desde sábado hasta lunes

Outdated, decor, water knobs for the tub we’re old and hard to turn. German roaches everywhere to which I called to complain but roaches continued. Just a very basic, blah Hotel.

Definitely a dated building - its clean and well maintained. I stay here often and will again.

Insufficient staff. No enforcement of pool rules. Lacking sufficient food services for a resort. This is a 3star resort at best.

I checked in late gave us a room furthest from the pool. No view. Room was dirty on arrival. Door would not open several Times. Broken furniture. Gardeners arrive early every day blowing outside too noisy can’t sleep in. But everything else was great .

There were never any chairs available at the pool during the day. At check out there weren’t any carts available & we had to carry all our suitcases etc to the car
