The toilet seat was broken and the manager refused to fix it. He did offer to move us to a different room but we were already unpacked. He could have changed the seat with any unoccupied room. The breakfast provided was a joke. Cold cereal and bad coffee. No decaf coffee for my wife who is medically required to drink only decaf coffee. Breakfast at Mcdonalds down the street was a 100 times better. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and the 8 stars awarded by *********** should be remove.

It’s an older property but it was fine for one night. The bed was comfortable and the room was not too noisy. Price was good too.

When scheduling I noted I would not be in till about 2 am. I arrived at 130 and they were closed with no answer at the night window or phone number. I was driving through the mountains and did not have reception when I was very unprofessionally texted "hey, call me. Its the hotel manager". This is the first time I was able to actually get a reservation since they changed owners. Previous management was no problem.

The reception was excellent as usual and I always like how quiet it is.

Places like this should not advertise continental breakfast. They literally had oj, coffee, and two cereals. White towels were yellow…gross.

Clean and simple room at a good price for Friday night stay. Ample toiletry with plenty of towels. Minimal breakfast choice. Had to go to the McDonald nearby to get more food.

We were shocked to find so many cockroaches and earwig bugs throughout the entire room. The hotel management offered a refund but were a bit rude. Also the TV did not worked. Because we could not find another room in any other hotel nearby. We just muscled trough the night. But definitely we will never rent at this Executive inn. Westley California. And We will share this bad experience with all of our friends and family so they don't have to go through what we did.

The room was large and clean and comfortable. The price was great 😃. It was quiet and a convenient location.

Disappointed during my last stay. This location was my choice for many years when traveling the I-5 corridor. Good location to fuel up, several food options, a place to rest and regroup. Friendly and helpful staff. Check in was easy. I reserved a queen room since I was traveling alone. I won't do that again. I'm 70 yrs old with bad knees. No ground floor rooms available supposedly. Oh well. Cleanliness of the room was questionable. Doors and door jams were filthy. A 60-90 second housekeeping detail task to spray and wipe down those areas. A stubborn cockroach in the shower tub, I won that battle. Toilet seat was badly stained, chipped, cracked paint, etc. Toilet seats are cheap and easy to replace. The rest of the room appeared clean. Linens were fine. A/C worked well. Sink and mirror clean. I have stayed at this location 6 or 7 times over the years. I've never had a problem or issue in the past. The reason I return. The price was fair. Possibly I need to up my game when choosing a hotel to rest and regroup in the future.
