We stayed here on a bitterly cold day and we were warmly welcomed in by Peter - we sat in front the the roaring wood burning stove for the evening - the house is beautifully decorated - our room was large and spotless and the breakfast was top notch. Will definitely be back

We stayed for a four night holiday. We arrived tired and weary from our overnight flight from the USA. David and Peter greeted us with a warm welcome and pot of tea with biscuits to enjoy in the majestic garden. The property is kept to the highest standard and our room was very well appointed. We were pleased by the onsite parking as well as the greater neighborhood where the B&B is situated. We enjoyed our wine evenings in the garden and taking walks in the beautiful surroundings. Each morning we were treated to a perfectly cooked to order breakfast with beautiful music in the background. David and Peter chatted with us and gave excellent advice on where to go and what to see during our visit. Chichester is a fantastic place to visit and there were so many interesting things to do during our time there. The B&B's location is in a posh area right on the edge of the town so we enjoyed a suburban respite and could be in city center and other area attractions quickly by car. There is also a nice looking public bus stop a few blocks away that one could easily commute into city center if without a car. Sainsbury's was close by for easy provision runs as were restaurants. Our stay at The Old School B&B was one of the best stays we have had at a B&B in a long time. David and Peter are excellent hosts and very heartfelt people. They made our stay in the Chichester area simply wonderful and we are grateful for the fine hospitality they extended to us.

What a fabulous stay at the Old School B&B. Peter and David were such fantastic hosts, welcoming, informative and fun! We were welcomed on arrival with a lovely cuppa and home made biscuits and we sat in their spectacular garden. We should have known at that point that the house would equally be as beautiful! Every small detail is curated with love and care, our room (the former headmistress’ office) was delightful. Comfortable, impeccably clean and furnished to a wonderfully high standard and quality. The house is clearly a labour of love, which gives it an extra special ambiance- I fell in love with it! Breakfast was amazing and the choice so good, served with a smile and gracious care. I can’t recommend Peter and David’s B&B enough, it really is an extra special place. As those famous words go… ‘we’ll be back!’

We have just returned from our third visit to The Old School B&B, it was lovely to see hosts Peter and David again. Just like our last visits our elegant room was spotlessly clean and had everything you could want for a relaxing stay. We stayed in the Florence Humphreys room which is spacious and has a shower & bath. We also used the lounge area in the evening which was very cosy and full of interesting books. Breakfast really is delicious, quality ingredients, cooked well. Plenty of options, all prepared freshly for guests. You come away relaxed and planning your next visit.

We have just recently stayed at this guest house and it was a fabulous experience. Peter and David were very hospitable hosts. You could not find fault with The Old School B&b. They have definitely thought of everything you would need. It was spotlessly clean, fluffy towels, breakfast was excellent and a comfy bed! I would highly recommend.

My partner and I had the most fabulous time staying at the Old School B&B. The room was perfect for our needs and the hosts were amazing. The attention to detail was there. You can tell that the hosts travelled to many B&B's and brought back every experienced they enjoyed and implemented in their property! Better than the place was the breakfasts they served. It was better than any B&B we stayed at ever. I still think about the breakfast!!! I highly recommend The Old School B&B if you would like to stay somewhere quaint, enjoy good conversation with the hosts and other guests, and love the true B&B experience. A side note, their garden could win contests!
