設施有點舊，衞生很乾凈。

I loved that it was so clean. I'm also impressed with the Shuttle service. Had I known about it before checking in, I would have called to get a ride from the airport, but I ended up getting an Uber ride.

Staff consistent on calling me honey sweetie. Sugar multiple times even after I asked the call me by my first name, my nickname, thank you

When checking in girl who helped us was awesome very nice and helpful the rooms very very clean and enjoyable but then when checking out front desk lady a little older was very rude and lacked any type of customer service my wife bad been very sick and was throwing up unfortunately we had to use their towels to clean up the mess from it i expected to pay for it out of my deposit and was totally fine with paying to replace the towels the front desk lady was extremely rude about the situation and told mei was not getting all of my deposit back because the towels had been destroyed and continued to give me the worst looks like we were such bad people I am very disappointed that our stay began ao grest but ended so terrible may or may not choose to stsy there again.

Lie about their rates, gave a receipt at check out and then charged my card quite a bit more. When contacted about it, just said sorry.

Booked this hotel because we were attending a conference at the Maverick Arena. It’s walking distance to the arena which was super convenient (didn’t have to fight arena traffic and parking!) It’s also walkable to a few restaurants and bars which is nice. Staff was friendly and huge bonus for us, they offer free shuttle transport to and from the airport. The rooms are definitely not luxurious or updated. Very outdated but overall pretty clean and bed was comfortable.

I was visiting family and needed something easy and convenient. I was able to catch a shuttle from the airport. Check in on good timing and the front desk agent helped me with getting my lyft services set up. Extremely helpful. Wish i remembered his name. Breakfast was delicious but i was even happy they provided decaf coffee. Most places dont offer that as an option unless you ask for it.

the dark-haired woman working the front desk in the evenings was very nice & welcoming. rooms are small but clean. the only gripe i have is that my deposit still hasn’t been refunded, despite being told it wouldn’t take longer than 3 days.

Front Desk lady Donna had no idea what she was doing, didnt check me in properly, the manager walked in my room with put knocking while my gf was naked in the room, was told my deposit would be returned right away when i check out that didnt happen either. Very yerrible service and stay
