Great hospitality, very courteous staff. Complementary meal were the best part of the deal. Special mention to super helpful and cheerful staff Runu Deb,Prasanjit, Ashish and Nikhil Shabdakar. Travel Desk at the hotel is the best for your local tour.

Prasenjit Saha and Ashes H Adhikari served us well. Wish them all the best in future. Regarding the toilet towel it should be white and not rusty , same with the hand towel. In room 026 we are a couple and only 1 dental kit provided. How can we both use one tooth brush. A senior should check these small things. Room rates are high so we can expect something good.

I have visited hotel multiple times and ambiance is plesent and staff is very friendly and helpful...and specially thanks to bishwajit chakraborty housekeeping supervisor for feeling familiar and support if any concern....also thanks to Prasenjit saha and team in restaurant for good hospitality.

I came to Ginger Hotel yesterday. Despite all the rooms in the hotel being sold, the staff at the reception Priytam Bhattacharya on my special request spoke to the housekeeping staff and arranged me a suitable room. I am extremely happy to receive such treatment from Ginger Hotel Staff Priyatam Bhattacharya He told me he was an apprentice. Even if I wanted to pay some money, he did not accept it. Great location , beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. Food was good and great value for money and service wae attentive. Sathyajit Mitra is a good boy,most friendly and helpful. I was very pleased with my stay.
