우리는이 호텔의 직원들과 나쁜 경험을했으며 관리자에게 연락을 요청하는 데 4 번 요청했습니다. 그들은 70 세의 어머니가 원래 방에 벌레를 발견 한 후 울고 맹렬하게 로비에 앉아있었습니다. 한밤중에 꼬챙이가 어머니를 기어 다니고 있었죠. 그녀는 아래층으로 뛰어 내려 서기 위해 서기를 뛰었습니다. 서기에게 사과하고 새 방을주었습니다. 그녀는 올라가서 모든 물건을 다시 포장하고, 아침 3시 30분에 새 방으로 올라 가야했습니다. 그날 아침 5시 30분에 야간 근무자가 그녀를 깨우고 그 토요일에 방을 예약했다고 말하고 그녀는 다시 이사해야 할 것이다. 엄마는 다시 모든 물건을 포장하고 로비로 가서 전화를 걸어 다시 한 번 지팡이를 놓고 그녀가 꾸민 물건을 포장했습니다. 내가 나이트 점원에게 그의 변명을 말했을 때, 그는 집에 가기 전에 상황과 방 변경을 다루고 있었고, 들어오는 직원에게 남겨 두지 않았습니다. 이전 몇 시간을 기반으로 완전히 성가신 결정. 이는 상식적인 의미를 사용하여 쉽게 피할 수 있었고 불편을 겪은 70 세 여성이 잠을 자게하고 일어 났을 때 처리 할 수있었습니다. 직원들은 더 나아지려고했지만 가난한 일을했습니다. 나는 오전 6시에 일어나서 로비에서 그 상태에서 어머니를 발견 한 후 관리자에게 가능한 한 빨리 전화하라고 요청했습니다. 야간 직원의 나쁜 결정은 완전히 받아 들일 수 없었습니다. 그들은 아침에 교정을 시도했고 아침 점원인 Nuresa는 도움이되었습니다. 결론은 매니저가 전화를 여러 번 거부했다는 점입니다. 프론트에서 3개의 메시지를 남기고 4번이나 전화했습니다. 지금은 4일이나 되어서 아직 응답이 없습니다. 이 위치를 강력히 추천하지 않습니다. 관리자가 예의를 보여주고 간단한 전화를 한다면 이 문제는 완전히 피할 수 있었다.

NO SLEEP! NO AC! Stay Away! We were here for one night and paid $200 for this dreadful 2-star property. It looks like nice enough on the surface, but that superficial veneer is soon shattered. The bed was a saggy back-breaking torture device. Your spine will not soon recover from your stay. The AC worked well enough until we tried to turn it off. Maintenance could not get the thermostat to work either; she yanked the entire cover off of the AC unit and disconnected something inside. She said it might be the thermostat battery. So why not simply replace it??? By 2am it was so hot in our room on the fourth floor, I tried to turn on just the fan, but the entire system had been disabled. Tried to open the window, but only opens 2 INCHES! It was suffocatingly stuffy and hot in the room. At 4 o’clock in the morning some awful rumbling started; the windows were actually vibrating. I got up and looked out the window. Apparently, they are next door to a massive big rig trucking hub. At 4am they turn on the engine of every single truck there and just let them idle for hours until they’re needed—that night there were 14 deafening diesel monsters. It was so bad I left my husband in the bed and crawled over to the sofa. A truly, truly horrible experience. What made matters even worse was when I spoke with Terry Stewart on the phone, the property’s sales manager, after we had returned home. He was defensive, pissy and utterly unhelpful. I realize they have no control over their neighbors, however, all we asked for was a QUIET room— that was our ONLY request. They could’ve put us on the other side of the hotel away from the entire fleet of NOISY diesel big rigs. His response to the problem with the AC was to get very hostile and aggressively demand “You told them to turn it off!!!!! Right, right? DIDN’T YOU!!!!!!??????” No, I didn’t. I asked them to FIX it so we had control over the room temperature for the duration of our night. This location is absolute rubbish. Management is hostile and rude if you have an issue. Stay away. If you require Springhill Suites, there’s another one less than 10 minutes away that’s more highly rated and must be quieter.

At my arrival the counter stuff was very friendly and extremely helpful. I want yo say that I made a mistake in the reservation arrival date and normally you reservation gets canceled when there is no show. Upon arrival and told my error I certainly thought my reservation was canceled. Extremely hard to fix since this was a very busy season but the front desk was very considerate and candid with my situation and adjust my dates and re-instated my full itinerary. Service was top notch and the place was very clean. All the amenities in the room and was told to ask for anything I could possibly be in needing. I highly recommend this Hotel!!

We had a great 2-night stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, welcoming and professional. They went the extra mile when we needed things. Parking was easy. Check-in was quick. The lobby is large, well-designed and comfortable. Breakfast was simple. Coffee was ready early in the morning. The rooms were clean and nicely designed. There were ample shelves and cabinets, plenty of room in all the right places. The kitchenette served its purpose. The beds were comfortable. They graciously brought us extra pillows when we asked for them. Finally, the hotel is conveniently located just across the Tower Bridge from downtown Sacramento, easy to get there by bike, car or on foot. I took a number of walks in the neighborhood and never felt unsafe. It's a fine place to stay for a couple nights and we'll definitely stay there again when we return.
