이너 시티 아파트먼트(Inner City Apartments Hotel)

房間裏有蟑螂，半夜三點外面不知道哪還有人吵架，滿嘴********，吵的人根本睡不了覺。早上八點前台才上班，七點退不了房，需要信用卡付按金，不支持現金付，因為他們11點12點才開始檢查房間，要想早走又沒信用卡就得壓護照，然後12點之後再過來取（為什麼別的酒店就可以現金付款按金呢

The mattress was dirty and the receptionist said she could offer us another room but couldn’t guarantee it wouldn’t be the same and that I must find it hard as I am very fussy. Cost $316.82 for 1 night on 11/03/2023. We left. Management don’t want to know and don’t answer emails.

This place doesn't deserve even one star. The worst place of my entire travel history. Worst ownership and worst of the worst staff. Cigarette smoke all through the night. Due to that vacated the room and no refund was given. And the worst was the nasty smell in the lift and the corridors.

My daughter booked a double room from the pictures that are on their advertisement. We drove 3 and half hours from Busselton to Perth. We received our access card to our room, going up to our room it didn't look anything like the pictures on their site. Had trouble getting into room, the night attendant was very helpful. The hall way smelt like someone or something had died, once entering the room it looked not to bad. Then we looked in the rooms, one double bed had some black pieces of something in it and the other long strans of hair. The room was supposed to have been cleaned be with pulling back the covers of the beds found this. We call night attendant and said that we were not going to stay here at 10pm that night, he was more pissed off than us. We used the lift to go down to car park which looked like someone had killed a animal. I've taken videos of every think but there is a lot of swearing on there. We have sent emails after emails asking for our money back but with no luck. Monday we will be contacting accc about our stay with inner city apartments. People please avoid going to this motel not a nice place at all.

It's the dirtiest place I've ever stayed. Don't move the couch! It hasn't been vacuumed underneath since the 80s. Had to get the kids bedding changed as it was wet and smelled like urine! Only stayed here as we went to a soccer game and had a few drinks. I would rather sleep in my car! How dare you rip people off like this. The taps drip, the mattress is filthy and the stairwell is something out of a horror film. Ripping people off like this! The only good thing was the staff were friendly. I booked the room because it had a balcony so we could sit outside and have a few drinks... But there's no balcony! I've seen crack dens that were cleaner than this!

I booked this hotel thinking yeah look it’s not far from where I need to be and it’s cheap so that’s great. A few days before my stay I read the reviews and got a bit worried but I was still open minded. It was great, the staff were lovely, parking was a little difficult but there was lots of it. It was easily accessed all hours of the day, and even had some really cute vending machines. By no means is this a fancy hotel but if you’re just looking for something close to the city for a night or two it’s great. The rooms are such a amazing size for the price and they even have smart tvs in lounge?? The furniture has been updated (as some other reviews disagree), and honestly it was as spotless as could be. I’m a commercial cleaner myself and I can tell with minimal staff they’re really trying to make this a pleasant stay.Bed was comfy and warm, aircon ran well, elevators work and I had no noise complaints. My only negative is that you can tell it’s currently being used as a quarantine hotel by the trash waiting in the hallways and our neighbour had a bunch of cigarettes in their trash outside their door, aswell as the hallways are a little dirty but I can understand how hard it is to vacuum them 24/7. But overall my room was great and I really enjoyed my stay.

DONT STAY HERE Owner is exceptionally rude. Makes inappropriate sly comments about girls’ bodies. Blamed us for ‘smoking in the room’ when we didn’t. Sent us pictures of ‘ash on the windowsill’ which could have been from any room. Blamed us for ‘melting the cutting board’. This was already done before we moved in. We made the mistake of not taking pictures at the start of our stay. Don’t make the same mistake!! Takes advantage of backpackers and charges different prices to different people. Our friends paid $50 less a week for a bigger room. We only found this out at the end of our stay. If anything stay with Inner City Apartments. Management are 1000 times better.

This place is crap,it's filthy and disgusting,toaster is full of crap,bed is broken and doggedly fixed up,do not stay here it is filthy,place is not as described in ads,crap wifi,no DVD player,dirt and dust everywhere,piss on the toilet,rangehood greasy,marks on everything,disgusted
