It is a newly refurbished and spacious town house set over 3 floors in a small complex with two pools, a beach, dive station, ladder to access the ocean and some of the best shore diving on the island! Family friendly, Close to the beaches and shops what more could you need? The House: The first floor is brightly decorated and open plan with a modern kitchen, eating area, lounge with large flat screen TV and a patio opening out onto one of 2 pools at Coconut Bay. This is perfect for chilling out or grilling dinner on the BBQ. The second floor has a modern family bathroom, washer and dryer, 2 large bedrooms, one with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom the other has 2 twin beds. On the second floor is a large loft with a queen size bed, day bed, study area overlooking the pool. An en-suite bathroom and huge walk in closet. Outside: Coconut Bay is a small complex of townhomes and apartments with a tropical vibe 2 heated pools and a jacuzzi. The grounds are beautifully maintained and lead down to a man-made beach and the ocean. There is a dive operation (Stingray Water Sports) on site with a dive station that has tanks and weights available and gear can be rented at reasonable rates. Stingray Water Sports offers a 10% discount to Coconut Bay Residents. Nearby: Coconut Bay is located just around the corner from the Turtle farm, it is an easy drive or taxi to the local stores (including grocery store) and is a 2 minute walk from the Cracked Conch Restaurant and Macabuca Bar & Grill where you can sit and eat and drink and watch the sunset. Only a 10 minute drive to Seven Mile Beach or Camana Bay! Check in and Management: Our property manager lives on site and is there to welcome you when you arrive. He will be able to help you with local knowledge and booking excursions.
