I arrived after midnight on the 19th July.
No one was obviously on site, so I phoned the number on the door, no answer, let a message to say if I didn't hear from them in 30 minutes, I will be staying at another hotel the Hampton Inn & Suites.
I was disappointed with the lack of service, as I got phone call from the Westport Inn asking me about my reservation, I said I was still British Columbia and will probably be late to book in. I was told to phone the number on the door. You know the rest from what I said above. I figured you canceled my reservation when I arrive after 9pm.
I assume have not charged my Visa account.
