The personnel were warm, professional and welcoming. However, the room was not comfortable. Bed and pillows, no proper chairs to sit on. No coffee machine in room, 500$ taken ahead of time plus the total amount for the stay. Owner wants money $$$$ Too expensive for a motel!

Tried out the “hot spring break” experience and will definitely be returning! This spot is a gem The view overlooking the lake is spectacular. There are stairs that take you right down into the lake if you feel like taking a natural cold plunge. Fire pits and 3 hot tubs right by the water. The heated pool is divine. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive and helped make my stay as enjoyable as possible (note: they don’t stay on site overnight but they do have an after hours emergency contact number if needed). The room was cute and clean. The bed was comfy and having the fireplace in the room added that extra bit to the ambiance. It’s also pet friendly!

Such an amazing place for a winter getaway. Sauna was always ready whenever we needed it. Always warm and waiting for us. The cold plunge was a check off the bucket list and such a rewarding feeling. Rooms are so modern, clean and laid out with the cutest little finishing decor touches. My friends are already dying to come here after seeing how great it has been for us. Prime location, stunning property, beautiful view, great eats walking distance away. Workers here topped our entire experience off. So welcoming, great service and always willing to help make our time in pec one to remember. Beauty buggy was a great add on to treat ourselves. Already want to come back.

We drove from 5 hours away specifically to check out this place for lunch. Upon arrival parking is difficult. We went to the restaurant and were totally excited about the view, the atmosphere and the overall vibe. We ordered drinks and were impressed with them, they were delicious and pretty. We ordered lunch and what a huge disappointment. In fact, they should be disgraced with themselves. We ordered 2 ceasar salads. They were served on a little plastic TV tray. It was simply finally cut up romaine lettuce, mayonnaise and no name stale croutons for $19.00. We didn't even eat it all as it was so unpalatable. The burger was prepared medium rare and half was left on the plate facing pink side up; when the waiter took it and he didn't even mention it. The pizza was pathetic, there was no prosciutto on it and it had the cheapest blue cheese on it that was repulsive. When we advised our waiter of the disappointing experience, he told us to give them another chance next weekend. LOL This little resort has some incredible potential but will not stand a chance if they don't put some love into what they do.

The property smd rooms were beautiful and the staff was excellent. I would absolutely go back again!

My wife and I stayed at the Lakeside Motel for 5 nights as a Fall getaway. The location and grounds are wonderful! The room was smaller than expected but was comfortable and clean. The service was fantastic! Overall a perfect choice for our getaway and we especially enjoyed being able to walk to great restaurants in Wellington.

The location is beautiful, and aesthetically everything is great. Where the experience falls very short is in the mattresses and amenities. This is the hardest mattress I've ever slept on. No matter what position I slept in, I was extremely sore. The water in the shower is also not properly regulated so it will be scolding one second and lukewarm the next. The amenities are all extra with the exception of the pool (depending on the time of year, sometime there is an extra charge) and fire pits (which they will only light 2/4). It's not readily available the cost of each amenity and it's pricey. I would only book here if you're ok with spending an extra 100-200$ per person to experience all that they offer. Otherwise it's cheaper and much better sleep at The Drake.

Lakeside rear terrace view on Lac Ontario is amazing! I recommend Lakeside Motel and looking forward to go back in the future!
