感受很差。咖啡機壞了，然後咖啡杯居然有之前用過的人留下的痕跡，難道沒洗？ 這間房本來是早就付款過了，但退房時前台居然要我付款房費。 管理混亂的一家酒店。

魏瑪唯一的五星酒店，歷史悠久，充滿故事。 正對市集廣場，酒店門口360度都是網紅景點。 設施有點舊，但不影響使用。 早餐豐盛，出品很好，就餐環境舒適。 工作人員很nice，可惜不太懂英語，溝通不太順暢。

老酒店，位置很好，老城核心位置，就在歌德故居旁邊，後院有獨立停車場。

魏瑪唯一一家五星級酒店，離市政廳非常近，後面有公園跑步環境很好，酒店環境不錯，就是房間比較小，出行便利

位置絕佳。早餐地中海風味為主，熱食較少。枕頭很軟不舒服。

房間一般。魏瑪這個地方交通不方便

Hervorragende Lage, gutes Frühstück und ein wunderschöner Garten. Großzügige Räume und sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Einzig ein Spa mit Sauna o.ä. fehlte.

Hervorragend geführtes Luxushotel mit großer Geschichte, charmant und gemütlich, Spitzenküche auf Sterneniveau.

We stayed for 3 nights and it is a good hotel in a good location. We had planned to stay at a different hotel in Weimar but left after finding the room had bugs. The Elefant was slightly more expensive but the jr suite was very comfortable. The bed was very comfy and they have foam cervical pillows that were great for us. Er slept well. Breakfast was good with many choices, decent coffee and fresh orange juice. You could have made to order eggs as well. The front desk staff - some were good, some seemed like they couldn’t be bothered. The hotel location is great easy enough to drive or take public transport. We enjoyed our stay in Weimar and would recommend the Elefant above the other hotels. Restaurant staff for breakfast was friendly and always seem available to help Thank you. You made our trip to Weimar work well for us when it could have been a disaster. Ok

The hotel is much larger than it appears from the entrance and the public areas are nicely decorated and maintained. Drink prices in the bar are reasonable and breakfast choices are very good but expensive. Our superior room was large and furnished in keeping with the hotel and nearby Bauhaus principles. The town itself is spotless and a wonderful place to spend a couple of days.

Central in the city of Weimar. Belonging to Arabella hotels in Munich. Good managed property and accommodating people. Rooms are ok. Good sightseeing possibilities. No hotel parking available, but in the street. Nice also for Christmas Market.

This hotel is really somewhere special. From the minute we arrived to leaving we experienced extremely professional, friendly service. The lovely young lady at reception, the smiling, friendly bar man and the lady at breakfast were especially kind and helpful. I wish I had taken note of their names. The hotel itself is really beautiful, wonderfully maintained, and located on scenic Marktplatz in the heart of Weimar. Our brief visit was so memorable and we can't wait to return some day. Ill firever remember a wonderful breakfast on their outdoor terrace! Treat yourselves and stay there.

We stopped over in Weimar as part of a 16 day European tour. I had wanted to stay at the Elephant for some time, so was looking forward to it very much! Check in was a disappointment though. The receptionist was a bit cold and seemed like she was due to finish her shift and we were keeping her back. We had driven a long way from Auxerre in France to get there so really needed a shower. We then discovered the shower drain was blocked and the water overspilled onto the floor. We went back down to let the same receptionist know about the issue. She offered us additional towels for the floor. Seriously?? We politely declined and went to dinner. Fortunately, this was the only negative experience we had here. The hotel was absolutely wonderful. Lavishly lined in gorgeous marble and sumptuous fittings, this is one of the best hotels I have visited. We visited the restaurant very late due to travelling, but were still welcomed in. The food was outstanding, but we really must mention our waiter Moritz. This is exactly how to be a waiter! His service and attention was second to none. Hotel Elephant, please look after Moritz. Good staff like this are hard to find! Great hotel, one of the best, and we hope to visit again!

Right in the city center with parking provided. Large rooms, comfy beds, nice design, very quiet. Friendly staff, just at the checkout various items on our invoice were wrong, I found that irritating. The hotel rooms are quiet, yet the doors of all guest rooms shut close with a very loud bang, I woke up a few times.
