The location of the resort was great!. Services provided by the staffs was exceptional and in good tome too. Breakfast and dinner was good and commendable. Great nature friendly environment. Morning and evening walks were exceptional with sunrise and sunset beauty captures. Not to forget the birds chirpings and peacocks call in the early hours. Had a very wonderful time! Only lacking was a refrigerator and a mini bar fridge would be great for tourists. Special appreciative note to the young reception girl who welcomed with a drink and a very warming smile! (unfortunately could not recall her name). Thanks Krishna.

The overall experience was good. Well behaved staffs. Very clam and quiet location. Pool was neat and clean. Tasty food. Rooms were clean and hygienic. You will enjoy the stay. The only con I see is, they could have added some more activities for the kids.

An absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful, scenic and peaceful resort. The staff were so attentive and kind, and their hospitality can be felt in every facet of your stay at the resort. The good was delicious, the rooms comfortable, the views delightful! Can't wait to come back to The Serenity next time!

My stay at The Serenity Resort was pleasant and felt at home. The rooms are well maintained, adequately serviced and enough coffee and amenities provided. The layout id excellent with 10 cottages opening to the upper road and other 10 cottages to the lower garden walk ways. One can get closer to the Banasura Sagar Dam and on the way to the path there is swimming pol , which looked well maintained and clean. Plenty of place to have morning walk. The place is not at all infested with mosquitos or other harmful flies. A safe and enjoyable resort. The food is another attraction, both to be had at restaurant and in room. Served fresh and hot. The crew of the resort is courteous and friendly, eager to help always.

Excellent service, Beautiful property, Nice food, Very supporting staffs. The resort’s strategic location provides easy access to local attractions like Banasurasagar dam & Banasura Meenmutty waterfalls, while still maintaining a serene and peaceful environment.

It was great stay, all the staffs was very helpful. Food was yummy with nice spread of different varieties, and excellent service. Especially the restaurant team was very friendly and kind mindset .Spa is awesome I enjoyed infinity pool. Overall we had a good experience and once again would recommend.
