I had woderful stay at this hotel.The staff were friendly and helpful.

여기서 좋은 가격에 샀어요! 홀리데이 인보다 절반 가격이었어요. 좀 손봐야 하고 위치도 그렇게 좋지는 않지만, 필요한 건 다 충족했어요. 그런데 정말 이상했던 게 하나 있었는데, 처음 방에 체크인했는데 우리 옷이 아닌 낡은 옷들이 쌓여 있었어요.

Exceptionally clean ,great staff,good choice of food at breakfast and evenings. Very comfortable bed !!!. Very close to Warner brothers harry potter tour which was very handy 😀.

We had tickets for the Harry Potter Studio tour and we needed a hotel for the night. The location turned out to be the perfect choice for us. It’s really close to the M1 junction and it’s only two miles away from the studios. The guy who we saw when we first arrived at 10am gave us a warm welcome and was very helpful. He helped us register our car and stored our bags for us until later, as we were heading down to Richmond for the afternoon. We then got back to the hotel around 4pm and we were checked in by the lovely Jennifer, who I would describe as a walking smile. She is so friendly and looked to genuinely enjoy chatting and helping guests. Our rooms were spacious and they seemed to have been recently refurbished. Although the air conditioning wasn’t working, the team had thoughtfully left two fans in my room, which did the job just as well. Breakfast was great and Jennifer, and another lady who I didn’t catch the name of, both worked tirelessly to make sure everyone had what they needed and the food was re-stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and we will definitely book this hotel again if we are going to an event at Wembley, or even at Twickenham, as both are easy to get to from Watford Junction train station.

Had a lovely one night stay here, we needed somewhere to stay after visiting the Harry Potter studios. This hotel is only a 7 minute drive from the studios. Couldn't fault it. Clean, comfortable, had everything you could need. We didn't eat at the hotel but they offered breakfast and there was a bar/restaurant on site. Plenty places around the area to eat too. The hotel had free parking which was a bonus. Very reasonably priced. Would definitely return if visiting the area again.

Definitely not a budget hotel experience. Fantastic mattress, clean room, plenty of space. Good food in restaurant. Amazing lady on reception, Doreen, was so helpful. Can't praise her enough.

We had a very pleasant stay here. Ideal location for visiting Harry Potter Studios. Lots of parking. Very friendly staff. Lovely spotlessly clean rooms.

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Watford North and wanted to share some balanced feedback. The member of staff on shift was genuinely fantastic — friendly, helpful, and doing everything possible to look after guests. Unfortunately, they were the only person on duty, which left them visibly busy, harassed, and stretched far too thin. None of this was their fault; they were doing an amazing job under pressure. The biggest disappointment was the restaurant offering. The menu is extremely limited and feels very poor compared to other Premier Inn sites. After ordering a burger, what arrived was far below the standard I’d expect — a very basic plate with a small burger and fries, lacking presentation and quality. It didn’t match the menu description and certainly didn’t feel worth the price. Overall, the staff member deserves full credit for their effort and attitude, but the hotel urgently needs better staffing levels and a more substantial, higher‑quality menu to bring it up to the usual Premier Inn standard.
