I don't know how I can rate a hotel that I did not stay at?? We arrived on April 25, 2023 to check in and we't kre told after a long wait, that there was a booking glitch and we did not have a room available. We were redirected to another hotel in town, which we ended up staying at for the duration of our visit. I don't know who to blame, ******* or the Willard? This was an upsetting situation after a long flight from So. California, and embarrassing. I don't know if I would take a chance and book hotels with ******* who I have used for decades.
