The outlet for my microwave and TV was broken and so I could only plug in either the microwave or the TV and there was no outlets to charge my phone next to the bed. There was limited towels. It just had the scuzzy feeling all over the property and the soda machine was broken.

It is a small place but serves the purpose And the amenities inside each room that was an extra.

The security latches on the door were broken or missing entirely. The front desk employee was kind enough to let us check out three different rooms, hoping to find one with a functioning security latch, and none of them had one. The carpet was pretty grungy and we didn't get our 3rd day room cleaning. That said, it was quite sheltered from road noise on the inner courtyard where our room was in spite of being next to the freeway, and there was plenty of hot water and good water pressure.

The man at the front desk was waiting to devote his time to me when I walked in at about 5:00. Check-in was simple, having been reserved and prepaid via *******. My room was basic, on the ground floor, opening onto the pool/courtyard, both closed of for the season and remodeling, I guess. I just wanted to sleep, so I didn't ask. The bed was all I could have hoped for, form and flat and clean. The bathroom is set back on a relatively long hallway, which I suppose gives a bit more privacy, but the light switch is way back there, by the door to the shower and toilet. Makes for a dark walk, but not a problem. The shower/tub and the toilet are basic, just fine, with no extra grills to require an owners manual. Being an old guy with sciatica, walking from the car to my room was more of a hassle than of I had a room on the outside, instead of the courtyard. There were plenty of such things, and I'm sure they would have given me one of I had only asked. My fault, and no big deal. The four lock uses a product card: just hold your card by the lock, and the light flashes to show it's unlocked. Common note, but worth mentioning, since the property was probably built with older tech. No breakfast. They have a coffee pot in the room along the front desk. I was in the mood for a full breakfast provided by wait staff in s restaurant, anyway, so was happy to take the low room rate, instead. I was traveling solo, no kids to feed, and no interest in a pool, so the Pepper Tree was perfect for me

Proximity to freeway was good. Front desk employee was very nice and friendly. Room needs to be remodeled.

The room is decent and the staffs are friendly. There is some noise from outside

At check in the gentleman was wonderful, after a few days with the "Do not Disturb" sign on the door I needed fresh towels and linens and the floor coild have been swept, I changed their door sign to Maid Service Please and nobody ever came to my room. There is construction going on directly outside of the window of my room starting at 7am every day of of my stay.

Very quiet, staff pleasant and patient, price fair, would recommend to family/friends.

Easy booking & check in. Requested ADA room with King bed but they did not have accessible bathroom in King room. Should have told me that and I would have booked a 2 queen room. Recovering from hip replacement so wanted an ADA bathroom. Worked out ok.
