great location, facilities in the apartment are good and convenient. This is the first time to lodge in apartment which with no reception desk, all services provided are good, but I have to look up to the notices and guidelines. It is not necessarily bad thing to me, but I have to get used to it.

Even though we paid in full, we still had to pay an additional £150 deposit through a third party which felt like a scam. We have been told this refund has been processed, but there is no proof or invoice. We didn't get the codes for entry until we called them and pressed for them 15 minutes before arrival, though they reassured us they were automatically sent they couldn't tell us when apart from that it would be before check in at 3pm. The property was really unclean and could do with a serious update. The walls had lots of scrapes and marks, the furniture looked cheap and like it was going to fall apart. There was one pillow per person. The blinds in the roof windows were cheap and folded when pulling down at night time. There was dust and cobwebs, unclean bathroom, the toilet in the ensuite didn't flush properly, extractor fans didn't work, there wasn't a seal on the shower screen over the bathroom so water leaked everywhere, and the place had a funny smell. It wasn't great at all. Would highly recommend to look somewhere else!!

Communications pre booking were Poor, I wasn’t sent the deposit link so had to phone and ask, wasn’t sent check in details so had to phone and ask, they then arrived at 3.01pm on the day (check in is from 3) Property could really do with some improvements, paintwork dirty with lots of bare patches, to open the skylight you had to climb on your bed (and there was no other openable window) the bathroom had no toilet roll holder, no shelf for your toiletries, the shower had no shelf for toiletries, and there was no mirror in the bedrooms so you couldn’t see to dry your hair. They have also positioned the smoke/heat alarm directly over the cooker so that was set off twice when I was cooking breakfast and opened the oven! Otherwise it was reasonably equipped, and comfortable, some basic kitchen amenities like salt and pepper wouldn’t go amiss either though. A very small amount of money spent would elevate these apartments considerably. Good location though, really close to town and some nice bars, and convenient for both stations.

Warrington perfection Great location, nice apartment, excellent communication and nice stay

2 night stay Very clean and well supplied kitchen and well presented rooms. Comfy bed but very lumpy pillows. The ensuite vent banged quite loudly throughout the night in the wind causing a disturbed sleep. It would be good if the apps on the tv worked so that guests could log into their own subscription tv. Generally, excellent value for money.

parking availability There are only 2 onsite parking spaces for guests. First come first serve.
