Our stay was for 6 nights. Went to fitness center…no towels or hand wipes. An employee removed the empty Han wipe container and never returned. Asked for room to be cleaned on our 4th day…never was cleaned. This particular cleaning was requested way in advance of hotel policy (two days before requested cleaning date) We reported this “oversight” to the night clerk. He apologized, took our our room number and added to many other room numbers that were not cleaned either. Returned the following morning and asked clerk at front desk if we were still on for the cleaning of our room. (This would be our 5th day) She replied in the affirmative and we left for the day. Upon our return that evening we found a clean room but zero towels. Another late night trip to the night clerk asking for towels. He replied that a number of rooms also did not receive towels that day. He brought some to our room that evening. The towels he brought were bath mates instead of bath towels. The bath towels were all in the dryer; that’s all he had to give. One late night evening we were awakened to loud TV noise. After we walked the third and fourth floor halls we found it came from the room just below us. Almost 1AM we reported the noise to the night clerk. He would investigate. We returned to our room. The noise quieted down for approximately 10 minutes then got cranked up again. We took another trip downstairs to the night clerk, reported it once again. The night clerk took another visit to the 3rd floor (that’s where it was coming from..the room directly below us) and within roughly 10 minutes everything fell silent and we finally slept. Our last morning here during breakfast a homeless gentleman was sleeping in the corner of the dining area. A manager approached him, spoke with him, and the uninvited person made his way out the door. The manager then spoke with the lady attending the breakfast area. Two stars for this establishment is what we rated it. If it wasn’t for the helpfulness of the night clerk/manager this would have been a 1 star rating. The day attendants at the front desk seemed very low energy and not very sociable. This hotel seriously needs a consistent all hands on deck manager with a new housekeeping manager. We will be trying the Hampton directly next door when we visit Warren again.
