Premier Inn Worcester (M5,Jct6)

The hotel was fine. The Beefeater was very understaffed. We had advised both hotel and restaurant manager that a group of 60+ were staying for the weekend. Friday evening meal they had few staff on. Starters were taking over an hour to arrive. Cold food. One lady was ill from the food. Breakfast still understaffed, and being staffed by the same people from the night before. We had reserved tables for breakfast both mornings. Some were not able to sit for over an hour due to staffing issues. The staff that were there were lovely. Worked very hard and as best they could for us. But very understaffed.

Check in for 1 night on Easter Sunday & it was really friendly. Our room was exactly what we had booked. We ate at the Beefeater next door for evening meal & breakfast. We had a great nights sleep on a very comfy bed so much so that we have purchased a Premier Inn mattress. Premier Inns are definite fantastic value for money we will continue to use them whenever the situation arises

The staff were amazing. Needed a brake from driving for the night. Staff were super helpful and booked us in with ease. Very clean and tidy hotel rooms. All appliances worked with no issues.Would recommend to any one who needs rest for the night driving on the M5.

Room had a drain smell has to have window even though cold mould in shower in the corner , heater not working as woke up freezing and the control unit not working, on the good side of things when we checked in staff friendly welcomec

The room was large and very clean. It was really quiet and so I had had a good nights sleep. The reception staff were great, they were really friendly and helpful. Lots of Good parking with a Beefeater on the doorstep which was friendly and very convenient. The food and the service was good enough, no complaints.

Stayed here for two nights and was very impressed by the excellent service from the reception staff. They "went the extra mile" to meet help. Service in the adjacent Beefeater was also very good. Would recommend the meal deals.7

Comfortable friendly premier inn ( thanks Craig and Coral on reception)room clean, quiet and comfy bed with extra pillows. We had the 'meal deal' and the restaurant staff were helpful and very efficient. A great overnight stay. Thanks very much!

Friendly staff, clean room, comfy bed and great location to break up my journey. Good value and plenty of parking spaces available. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment on that Only stayed for one night, but would stay again. Thanks Premier Inn!

Premier inn staff were very friendly and helpful, also the staff in the Beefeater were friendly and helpful . The food was well presented.Alice in the restaurant was exceptionally good a real star player.Room was clean and tidy, plenty of parking and no problem at all.
