방도 넓고 주방도 있고 베란다도 있고 주인분이 친절하십니다. 하지만 낮 시간에도 체크인이 가능합니다. 밤 늦게 도착하시면 미리 전화하셔야 할 수도 있습니다.

호텔은 시내와 매우 가깝습니다. 체크인 후 다른 사람들의 가이드에 따라 5km를 걸었습니다. 빙하를 볼 수 있는 전망대를 찾을 수 없었습니다. 주위를 둘러봐도 눈이 쌓인 흔적을 찾을 수 없었습니다. 덮힌 산.. 아마도 봄이라 그랬을지도!

우리가 도착했을 때 친절한 환영을 받았습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 크고 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 선풍기는 있지만 에어컨이 없어서 안타까웠습니다. 와나카 중심가에서 도보로 10분 거리에 있어 매우 아름답습니다.

The host was very helpful with planning our stay and visiting New zealand. Our room was well equipped only minor issue was weak shower and soft beds. Parking is very good with only short walk to our room. Would definitely book here again.

各位旅客小心此酒店！我們遇到一件極為恐怖的事情，我們入住當天淋浴時，發現蓮蓬頭已經是半壞的狀態，淋浴到一半甚至掉了下來，在此宣告我們都是正常使用浴室，有鑒於蓮蓬頭已是半壞狀態，我們覺得算是正常損耗，但亦立刻通知前台此事，前台表示知悉並表示目前沒有替換的，讓我們將就用一下，中間我們也向她表示本來已經是壞掉的了，怎麼知道接下來酒店在我們離開後，透過我們預留的信用卡信息不合理扣取我們600紐幣的花灑維修費用！收到電郵簡直震驚了，不合理的點在於：（1）花灑本來就不是我們弄壞的，是前人已經使用到快壞了 ，這也都是經營酒店的正常損耗，我們並沒有去破壞，把費用算在旅客身上本來就不合理（2）事件當天我們已經向前台一位華人職員反應，前台知道不是我們刻意弄壞，並沒有告知會收取任何費用，酒店在未取得我們聯繫下任意扣取費用（3）什麼花灑需要600澳幣？我去了當地五金行看過，全都是在100塊以內。 酒店擅自刷用我的信用卡費用後也不接聽電話不回電郵，酒店給我們一間浴室已是殘破的的房間已經讓人不滿了，更用此事碰瓷，訛人錢財！請旅客小心！不要上當受騙！ Attention all travelers: Beware of this hotel! We encountered a truly terrifying situation. On the day we checked in, while showering, we discovered that the showerhead was already in a half-broken state. It even fell off while we were using it. We want to clarify that we used the bathroom normally. Given that the showerhead was already half-broken, we felt it was a normal depreciation, but we still immediately notified the front desk about the issue. The staff acknowledged it and said that there was no replacement available. We also told them that it was already broken. However, after we left, the hotel unreasonably charged us 600 NZD for showerhead repairs using our credit card information left to them. We were shocked to receive the email. The charge is absolutely unreasonable in following aspects: 1. The showerhead was not damaged by us, in fact it was almost broken from previous use. This is normal depreciation for a hotel operation, the hotel charge this on travelers are insane. 2. On the day of the incident, we reported this to a Chinese staff member at the front desk, who knew that we did not deliberately break it and did not inform us that there will be any charges. The hotel deducted the fee without contacting us first. 3. What kind of showerhead costs 600 AUD? I checked at a local hardware store and found all showerheads were under 100 AUD. They did not provide a receipt for the showerhead they supposedly purchased. It is believed that the showerhead they bought could not possibly cost that much, so they cannot provide us with a receipt as proof. After the hotel unlawfully charged my credit card, they stopped answering calls and emails. The fact that they provided us with a room that had a broken bathroom was already unsatisfactory, and now they are trying to stage an accident. Travelers, please be cautious! Don’t be fooled!

Stayed her for 2 nights while travelling around the south island. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Nice spacious room, was upgraded upon arrival. Nice warm cosy rooms. Lots of extra amenities. Nice size bathroom, kitchen great. Comfortable beds. Short drive from town about 3-4 mins to main street. Highly recommend accommodation

We were there for a week biking . Mike the owner & staff were so friendly & very accommodating of our needs it was amazing .Motel is in a quiet location within walking distance to town centre along the lake edge. It was a great stay & good weather a bonus . The unit was very spacious with outdoor seating , it had everything we needed & bed very comfortable with lots of room for suitcases etc . There was a BBQ & big table for family etc . We would Highly Recomend & will certainly be back .

Avoid at all costs. After check out you receive to your surprise an additional charge. In our case it was for $150 for additional cleaning (approximately half the cost of the night). We left the motel room tidy. The charge is just fictional and the response from the owner Mark is laughable. He is smug and dishonest.

The room was clean and comfortable and the staff were very helpful and friendly. When I became ill the owner called paramedics and helped my husband pack up the room. He also drove my husband to the medical centre and helped with the luggage. The motel is only a little way out of town - a couple of minute's drive from the town centre and restaurants. Very reasonably priced in comparison to other places we stayed on the South Island.

Very accommodating and friendly host. We were on two motorcycles and he kindly let us have the front unit with hard standing parking. He pointed out places of interest and things to do in the area. The unit was clean and tidy with plenty of space. Comfortable bed, shower over the bath but great pressure.

My wife and I stayed at the Manuka Crescent Motel and really enjoyed our stay there. Mark, the owner, made us feel welcome and provided us with information about the area. Thank you Mark; we hope to return before leaving the South Island.

Last minute stay and chap who ran the place could not have been more helpful with allowing an early check in, storing bags whilst we overnight hiked and generally being very friendly even whilst short staffed. About a 20 min walk to town along the lake which is lovely.
