Walsall (M6, J10)

Stayed here for a business trip back in January. A great stay as always, friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast from the restaurant next door. Clean room - excellent standard. Really happy with my stay, excellent service!Thank you for your hospitality

Courtney was courteous and welcoming and the service was extremely efficient - I felt that the hotel was going to be very enjoyable - good guidance was offered and the room was quiet and where I wanted it - hotel is also very central and thoughtfully designed

Friendly helpful staff could not fault the hospitality well done Premier Inn.. we were welcomed by friendly staff who were very polite and and answered all of our questions and concerns about the area also they were helpful in informing of us of the importance to book restaurant etc because it gets busy.

WiFi is a essential these days The stay becomes boring and fir kids with tablets it’s worse, I raised the complaint I was offered the unlimited but that wouldn’t work either because WiFi was down .. disappointed as reason for booking was they offer free WiFi

I slept really well and the food at the beefeater was great. It was a good price too.I couldn’t hear any traffic (big thing for me). The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. I liked the bath/shower too

As usual, the room was comfortably the same and the bed more than comfortable. Our main concern was the long time it took the toilet tank to fill up after flushing. Well, for number 1 that's not too bad, if if both of you want to go for a number 2, that's more problematic. We reported the fault and were told that someone would be round to fix it but the reception had no idea when. Apart from that, al when well.

I felt welcomed as soon as I put my bag down The people on reception were lovely And the staff in the beer eater were amazing Easpecialy the lovely manager of the bar Who couldn’t do enough and made everyone welcome I was very impressed by all staff Makes a six hour journey Well worth it Big thanks to all 👍👍👍 10 out of 10

Always get excellent service, room clean reception very helpful especially Michelle the Restaurant staff are fantastic, oimiss Carol at breakfast always stay here when in the area thank you people always make me feel welcome and offer a fantastic service time and time again

Room was great, staff all friendly. Don't really have any complaints. Everything was very convenient. The bed was comfy, good selection of TV channels in the room. When I'm back I'm the area this will definitely be my first pick for accommodation.
