라벌 호텔 시라노(Ravel Hotel Cyrano)

Easy to find in a small village fairly close to Spa. The hotel is quite small and has a lovely restaurant, which serves lovely food and is quite popular with the locals. The rooms are very large, spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The staff speak good English and are very friendly. This is a great place to stay to explore Spa and the surrounding area.

We had a nice stay at Cyrano's with our large cycling group. Closed storage for our bikes. In house restaurant with good food and breakfast next morning. The nice bar and restaurant is well frequented by locals at Saturday night. The rooms were quite new and roomy with comfortable beds. The owner and staff were very help-and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Nice hotel and excellent food. The owner is deeply committed to providing a first-class experience. We were there for the F1 experience and he went out of his way to accommodate needs for shuttles and food at odd times.

The hotel was fine, the service was terrible. We had to wait a long time to check in. We had dinner at the hotel and had to wait for 2 hours get our food, with no apology or compensation. A steak was overcooked and when we pointed this out, the server challenged us and said it was fine. We were so hungry we ate the meal, but would never eat here again.

Right on the cycle route, with a modern cycling storage room right on the cycle path. The hotel is nice & modern, but a little expensive. Receptionist spoke english & french, but no german. there's a bar & restaurant which I didn't try.

Very friendly reception. Staff smiling and good energies. Location directly at the RAVEL is also a plus

Nice small hotel with excellent restaurant. I had a very nice and comfortable room with separate working area and walls covered with wood. Great place for a biking weekend.

Great hotel in a lovely village, food in the restaurant was very good too. Staff were very helpful.

L’hôtel-restaurant décoré avec beaucoup de goût et de soin est idéalement situé en bordure du Ravel au cœur d’une région pleine de sites remarquables et de lieux de promenades. Notre chambre, très spacieuse, disposait d’un (très) grand lit et la salle de bain équipée d’une douche à l’italienne et d’une baignoire. L’ensemble, d’une propreté irréprochable, parait avoir été rénové récemment et permet de passer une bonne nuit douce dans une atmosphère reposante. Le buffet du petit déjeuner présente un beau choix de produits variés dont d’excellents petits pains et viennoiseries œufs, céréales, charcuteries, fromages,… Nous avons eu l’occasion de découvrir le restaurant gastro Le Cyrano et le lendemain la brasserie chez Gerty. Le resto gastronomique est absolument remarquable par ses mets raffinés et aux goûts subtiles, son service attentionné et ses vins recherchés. Nous y avons passé un moment délicieux ! La brasserie chez Gerty est à l’image du resto précédemment cité dans un registre évidemment différent mais tout autant remarquable quant à la saveur des mets, au service attentionné et souriant, à la carte des vins très complète. Accueil chaleureux et souriant de tout le personnel à tout moment. On s’y sent bien tout simplement. Nous y reviendrons très certainement.
