It is a pleasant hotel, the staff very welcoming but they need to improve the check in procedure

Fasilitas cukup lengkap terutama swiming pool, anak2 sangat suka

I stayed here solo and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is convenient, close to local attractions and easy to access by public transport. The atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming, with a nice lobby and friendly staff who made check-in smooth. My room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities, though the soundproofing could be improved as I occasionally heard noise from outside of the window probably the AC's Exhaust. In terms of value, the price felt fair compared to what was offered, especially considering the breakfast selection and facilities.

I booked 2 - 9 june 2025, i booked for the superior room type, but then at the second day they moved me to the deluxe room type, it was a great service and i really enjoyed it, they don't have small fridge in the room. Their breakfast was lovely, and their food was great. They had gym and swimming pool as well, it's also family friendly since it has separate pool for children, Their hotel is located side to the main road, they have big parking spot and a security guard all the time. Overall everything great, the only thing they need to improve the quality of their staff, needs to be more greeting.

Quality of the food is perfect, we ate so much food until we get full, but still want to try another dish. Also Bed, Television, AC and amenities with good quailty make us didnt want to wake from the bed. There's Gym Spot and Swimming pool with good quality
