The staff was very friendly, breakfast was great and the General Manager Rodney went above and beyond to return an item of importance that my husband left in the room after check out. Will definitely be returning to this spot on our next trip.

I did find some trash in the drawers other than that the room is prefect for traveling with family. Had a double queen and a convertible couch. The location is about ten minutes away from everything: downtown, airport, Tanger outlets. There are plenty of close by restaurants and supermarkets for the essentials.

Convient to where i needed to be. Staff was so kind, especially the breakfast staff!! Would recommend.

We checked in at 4:30 PM and were told the rooms were not ready. There was a large sign informing guests that the hotel was undergoing renovations (this was not mentioned at the time of booking) The heater in the room sounded like a jet plane taking off, and you were unable to turn it off. The night table clock was set at the wrong time and unable to change the time, there was only one overhead light, close to the door, which made the room very dim, there were signs for the vending machines on each floor, but there were no vending machines, the so called store had almost nothing, the chairs in the breakfast room had torn and worn seats, there was no phone in the room if you needed to call downstairs, and the entrance to the hotel was not clearly marked if you were coming from the opposite direction. Anything else? It will not be our CHOICE hotel ever again.

Stayed for a couple days while I was in town working. Nothing more I could have asked for. The room was clean, hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Renovations were taking place but nothing too distracting.

The staff were all Very friendly, helpful & caring. They made homemade cookies for the guests which were delicious. The room had been redone and was lovely. The breakfast was amazing. I plan to return to the area next year and will stay there again & again.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed recently. Even though under renovations, never affected our stay. Front desk staff is so incredibly friendly. Bathroom very clean and well supplied. Good variety of food for breakfast.

The property was being updated as we stayed there, and ours was an older suite. But it was huge and clean, so no complaints. The breakfasts were outstanding, and different every day. It was charming, and we would stay there again.

Staff was so friendly!!! Perfect hotel !! Would stay here again in a heart beat !!
