직원이 저녁 식사 가격에 대한 정확한 정보를 제공하지 않고 매우 친절하지 않았기 때문에 초기 경험은 체크인 시 좋지 않았습니다. 방에도 몇 가지 문제가있었습니다. 그러나 프론트 데스크는 내부 하우스키핑 및 엔지니어링 팀과 협력하여 문제를 해결할 수 있었습니다. 우리는 결국 그들의 서비스에 만족했습니다.

2022년도에 설립된 Hibiscus Beach Hotel에서는 여행객과 비즈니스 출장객 모두에게 와두와에서 편안하고 안락하게 머물 수 있는 공간을 제공합니다.호텔은 Panadura에서 차로 약 13km 정도로 가까운 거리에 있어 이동이 편리합니다. 호텔 주변에는 칼루타라 해변, Kalido Public Beach Kalutara, 칼루타라 보드히야 등 와두와 인기 관광지들이 많습니다.호텔 시설을 이용하여 하루 동안의 피로를 말끔히 푸실 수 있습니다.

We had one night stay with our friends and family on March 2024. We were booked 8 rooms and request double bed in every room since we have toddlers. When we arrived Front Office staff warmly welcome us and served ice tea as our welcome drink and did our paper work immediately. But the reservation officer who took our booking was not informed about our request no twin bedrooms. Our 8 rooms were twin bedrooms and it's difficult to sleep with a toddler. So we informed it to the front office staff and the manager. Since it was their mistake they immediately give double bedrooms and they have free upgraded 3 rooms to upper room rage. It was really nice gesture from the front office, specially the lady who manage us since our arrival. Apart from that everything else was great. Since it was a Saturday they have arrange a high tea buffet in the evening. Swimming Pool is big and there was a separate swimming pool for children. Dinner buffet was also good and we had good time with the live band played in the bar. Breakfast and lunch was also served as buffet and among those three meals lunch buffet was my favorite. Every buffet had good varieties of food and everything was really fresh. It was great stay in the hotel apart from the reservation officers miscommunication. I can recommend this hotel for couples, families and solo travelers.
