Customer service does NOT exist in Bula, Bula, ******** Fiji.
I booked a 1-night stay at Nalagi Hotel using Trip.com but my Nauru Airlines flight was infamously delayed by 24 hours.
I tried for "hours" to communicate with the hotel to change my booking as the STUPID app didn't support this. Emails, expensive phone calls, etc. Tried to cancel my booking for refund as I wasn't going to day, and only 48 hours later, I receive flurry of emails saying I wasn't going to get refund, and even worse, the hotel said, someone checked in.
I know these damn hotels absolutely don't care about individuals who are stuck overseas, but this attitude and behaviour is terrible.
