The air conditioning in our room worked for 5 minutes and then gave an error code. Informed the reception and they said they would inform maintenance to fix it (either check the main AC room or come to our room if required). Left and went for dinner, reception staff changed, and AC still not working. No one bothered to inform us of anything. They then changed our room and didn’t even ask if we needed help moving our things. Furthermore, we had dinner at the restaurant and they brought us a 2 months expired Mayonnaise! Rooms have very basic necessities, and only enough for 1 person. 1 glass in the bathroom, 1 amenity kit, no toothbrush. Also, our room was missing face towels. The rooms were nice but this is a sub 3 star establishment based on the service. The whole of 7th floor was boiling hot outside the rooms, no AC in the corridors.

The 5* needs to be changed eminently. Breakfast was horrendous and cold. Staff complete useless and liars. Never will I step in this hotel AGAIN.

The breakfast was great. The pool was quite spacious and nice. The beach wasn’t exactly perfect — we had to go quite far out to be able to swim properly — but it was very safe for kids. Its proximity to the city makes it ideal if you have a car. For those who want to use public transportation, there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

I asked to do suprises to my husband and they did for free !! I love itttttttt

Очень приятный, современный отель. Видно, что недавно было обновление интерьера. Разнообразные завтраки, но кофе… оставляет желать лучшего. Персонал вежливый, пытается помочь во всем. Номера в меру чистые, но пол не очень чистый, за 3 дня нам его не мыли.

Είχαμε πάει για σαββατοκύριακο και πήγαμε στην υποδοχή να ρωτήσουμε τι ώρα μπορούμε να πάμε στο δωμάτιο και η κοπέλα μας είπε καθήστε να περίμενε λίγο και αφήστε την βαλίτσα σας εδώ, (μας έδειξε απέναντι της) αφήνουμε την βαλίτσα μας και σε 5 λεπτά ανεβαίνω πάνω να ρωτήσω κάτι κ διαπιστώνω ότι η βαλίτσα μας δεν ήταν εκεί.. ρωτάω την κοπέλα που μας είχε πει να την αφήσουμε γιατί λέω κάπου θα την πήγε.. μου λέει δεν ξέρω! Είχε χαθεί η βαλίτσα μας κ την είχαν δώσει σε κάποιο που πήγαινε Πάφο! Ότι κ να πω είναι λίγο το λιγότερο που έπρεπε να κάνουν ήταν να μην μας χρεώσουν αλλά εμείς πληρώσαμε κανονικά! Μεγάλη ταλαιπωρία για δική τους ανευθυνότητα!

Отличный отель. Чисто. Завтраки вкусные. Пляж прилегает к отелю. Удобно.
