훌륭하고 새로운 호텔.. 잘 계획된 인프라를 갖추고 있지만 직원 교육이 제대로 이루어지지 않았습니다(카운터 직원 및 고객 질문에 "일"하는 호텔 관리 직원). 체크아웃할 때 아침 식사 비용을 지불하라는 요청을 받았는데, 이는 예약 시 이미 가격에 포함되어 있었습니다. 내가 제시한 문서는 경영진이 상황을 이해하고 고객에게 제기된 질문에 대한 동기 부여된 답변을 제공하도록 강요하지 않았습니다. 물론 상황은 아직 정리가 필요하지만 직원의 비전문성으로 인해 호텔에 대한 쾌적한 인상이 흐려졌습니다.)

We booked a 2-room room with a sea view for a family with two children. The location is great, the view from the windows is just a delight. Very comfortable beds and mattress and pillows, very nice bedding. The fullness of the room is beyond praise, there is just EVERYTHING (for example, a hair dryer and a slider, an iron and a steamer). Of the cons, there was a smell of renovation on the floor, but when booking, I realized that the object was new and not quite finished and everything was fine in the room! There was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, but upon request, the guys fixed everything without any problems. The breakfasts are very meager for their price, but I rate the hotel, not the breakfast)) so 5 stars!

Была в данном отеле уже 4-й раз. Каждый раз - как в первый. Сильно красивая территория, еще бы ветра не было) Всегда лучший и первоклассный сервис, приветливые администраторы. Номер-премиум - все новое, стильное, красивое. Радует глаз красота с 13 этажа. Рады приезжать с мужчиной, всегда появляются новые услуги)

Отличное место для проживания. Центр города, все в шаговой доступности. Вид шикарен. Условия, сервис - все на высшем уровне. Ресепшен отрабатывает любой запрос : бронирует рестораны , как в самом здании ( здесь их 4 по-моему ) , так и в городе . Советует, куда сходить. Приезжали на такси , поэтому услугой паркинга не пользовались, но он есть.

Шикарные виды, вкусный комплимент при заезде, роскошные номера, вкусные завтраки, в номере есть все необходимое для проживания, качественная химчистка, отзывчивый персонал. Все очень понравилось! Мы любовались самыми красивыми закатами в апарт-отеле Родина.
