My husband and I stayed at this amazing B&B. From the moment we entered our experience was magical. Our hosts Rosanna and her husband greeted us with such warmth and efficiency, we immediately felt at home. The creative and beautiful decor made us feel like royalty in a palace. If that were not enough, the abundant, beautifully served and delicious breakfast was indeed fit for kings. This is a one of a kind establishment and we recommend it without any reservation- no pun intended.

This was one of the best experience we had , not only because of the location , the place is magical , the treatment so human and friendly . It is beautiful and clean ! The style , the colors ! Everything is done to make you feel comfortable and with peace . Thank you to Rossana, incredible !

A truly wonderful six night stay with B&B Dei Papi in Viterbo. Our hosts, Rosanna and Antonio were gracious and attentive. Getting us top quality guides and drivers so we could venture out to experience the region's highlights. The hotel is in a renovated 13th century building on a quiet street in the heart of Viterbo's medieval city center. Easy walking to restaurants and shops. Our room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ordered the night before and brought up to our private dining area. Rosanna is an accomplished artist and her works as well as other local artists are everywhere. Antonnio is an art historian and researcher who has written and collaborated on many books. While my wife speaks Italian fairly well they both can communicate in English and other languages. Viterbo is not a "tourist" town but you can get the feel of local life in a friendly environment. There are many interesting places to visit within an hours drive and it is only about 90 minutes from Rome. We travel in Italy often and this is a special place to stay for a different experience.

We had a delightful stay at Rosanna and Antonio's beautiful and historic 13th century house. The home-made breakfasts were delicious and arranged artfully on an antique table. Rosanna and Antonio are both art historians and have a keen sense of the history of Viturbo and the surrounding areas. They are lovely and accommodating hosts and offered us excellent advice on everything from sites to visit to restaurants to dine in. We were thrilled to meet two such lovely people and find such a perfectly-situated and beautiful place to stay. Their B&B is a treasure, not to be missed!

Abbiamo trascorso l'ultimo dell'anno presso di loro ed è stato un soggiorno da sogno. Rosanna e Antonio ci hanno coccolati dal primo istante con il parcheggio disponibile e la comunicazione ai vigili urbani perché eravamo transitati in ZTL per arrivare. La camera sublime; i sali per l'idromassaggio; una bottiglia per brindare al nuovo anno. La mattina seguente una colazione favolosa e poi tante informazioni sul Bosco Sacro di Bomarzo che stavamo per andare a visitare. Antonio - storico dell'altre - ci ha regalato la mappa tratta dal suo libro relativo proprio a Bosco Sacro. Davvero indimenticabile! Ancora grazie!

Una coppia che coinvolge gli ospiti con la loro conoscenza storico artistica. Ci rimarranno nel cuore le golose colazioni arricchite dagli ottimi dolci preparati da Rosanna e presentate in modo raffinato.

Location in pieno centro, camere ampie in stile con vasca idromassaggio, servizio attento e colazione espressa e ricca, favolosa, servita nel salottino della camera, tutto curato nei minimi dettagli...ottimo! Lo consiglio, una bella coccola!

…. un B&B nel cuore medioevale di Viterbo, che ci regala un salto nel passato… punto di partenza per un week-end alla scoperta di luoghi e persone della Tuscia. Proprietari cordiali, una buona colazione, la posizione ed un innegabile fascino storico lo rendono una buona scelta.

Nel centro di Viterbo a due passi dal palazzo dei Papi, una sistemazione tranquilla e confortevole. Camera al primo piano spaziosa e silenziosa, salottino a disposizione e soprattutto a disposizione l'immensa cultura dei gestori, Rosanna e Antonio, che conoscono a menadito ogni architettura della zona e oltre. Grazie alle spiegazioni di Antonio abbiamo apprezzato ancora di più sia Viterbo che le dimore storiche nei dintorni. Un apprezzamento particolare alla deliziosa colazione, siamo stati viziati con dolci caldi e fragranti appena sfornati. Un luogo che ci è rimasto nel cuore e che consigliamo caldamente.
