很新的酒店，非常非常乾淨，有廚房太方便了，酒店服務很耐心周到，周邊買東西也很方便，價格實惠，寶藏酒店，已經再次預訂了。

After a lengthy drive we arrived at the hotel and we needed to use the facilities fairly urgently. In the lobby there is a mandated handicapped/public restroom that we tried to utilize while waiting our turn to check in. The lobby restroom was locked, with a handwritten sign stating, "Staff Only." We asked to use the bathroom & were told by the staff that we could not. The Hotel & property itself are fairly new, so all the rooms are clean and have not had time to be abused yet by guests. The small kitchenette was great. A smaller full refrigerator/freezer, a mini stove top, full size sink and microwave were included in our room. However, no silverware, plates, cups, pans etc were provided. Unless you packed your own kitchenware you had a fairly functional kitchen that you had no tools to use. Additionally, no ice buckets were provided, & no ice machines are on grounds. You have a freezer, but no ice trays. We booked a multi night stay, & on night 3 we requested to have housekeeping make our bed & exchange our towels. Staff at the front desk told us housekeeping services are provided only once a week, & if we wanted service, we would be charged an additional fee to have our room cleaned. We were told we could bundle up all our used towels & bring them back to the lobby for exchange. We found the staff to be unwilling to accommodate any of our issues, & only provide minimum customer service.

I personally had no problem with the hotel but my wife complained about the refrigerator noises. No worry, she is a big complainer😀

The property is clean and quiet. I forgot some belongings while checking out and the front desk and housekeeping staff were able to return my belongings to me and they were very helpful. The only minor problem I noticed was the bed is squeaking with minor movements. Otherwise this property is very good

The young woman who checked us in was very sweet but not very knowledgable about the hotel. The first inconvenience was that there was no ice machine. She said they didn't have one because they just opened two months ago. Then I learned there would be no coffee in the room or the lobby in the morning. Once we checked in the room, which was very nice, I noticed there was no shampoo, conditioner, body wash or blow dryer in the bathroom. There was a small kitchen with no plates, utensils, pots or glasses. When we went out for dinner I asked the same young woman why there wasn't anything in the room. She said she didn't know but that she could give me what I needed. I asked about the blow dryer and she said she didn't know why there wasn't one in the room nor did she offer me one. The worse inconvenience was the traffic noise. The hotel is too close to the freeway. Fortunately we were only there for one night but we definitely won't stay there again.

No shampoo, no coffee… top priority for me staying at a hotel. Was new and clean but no amenities

Domestic violence depute in the room next door at 1:30am I could hear everything they said and did including when they got physically violent

The place was ok , but the rooms were small had a refrigerator that made a loud noise all night long and had a big A/C sticking out of the wall that took up space. You can hear everything thats going on outside your door you can also hear every door close in the hallway. You also cant get in though a back door to get to the elevator so you had to walk all the way around or use a side door if you have a key.

If you have never stayed at Extended Stay hotel, beware that there are few amenities in your room, such as shampoo, coffeemaker, and hairdryer. You will need to ask for them. This hotel also had no breakfast though it looked like the small lobby was set up to have hot plates. We thought to save a few bucks by trying this new site versus other local hotels, but this experience is a one and done.
