Satisfying stay. Clean, location is good. Food is alright. For this remote place, one can not expect more.

The staff were good helping us with all requests. The property had a good terrace and we were a bunch of 15 office group. We had a great time spending the dinner time there.

During the time we reached the resort, it was undergoing management change due to which everything was haywire and unorganised. The breakfast we paid for was not available to us despite the fact that our senior citizen parents with diabetes waited for more than 1. 5 hours in the morning for breakfast to start. We couldn’t have any meals at the hotel. The room that was initially given to our parents had seepage and was damp and stinking with mould. It was only after discussions and arguments with the management that they changed the room. I’m hoping this is just a temporary issue due to management change but i would not be staying at this resort if i ever visit araku again.

Worst stay ever. This is not at all what the pic shows. Just some highlighters 1. Bathroom door is not closing 2. Dress wordrobe doest have a closing door 3. Smelly and very old looking house with extreme low quality furnitures 4. There is no garden as mentioned in description 5. They didn't provide minimum things such as soap, dustbin, handwash, hand towel 6. Resturant is non functional permanently 7. Very small room and very small bathroom not at all how it looks in pic. Worst stat ever in my life

The room and amenities are good. Service is also good. Overall it's good. One suggestion it's better to provide south indian/andhra meals so as to be good for senior citizens

The location of the hotel is good. The scenic beauty around the hotel is very nice. There is adjoining terrace which adds cherry to the cake. The quality of food is also very delectable. Chinese items were really tasty. What needs to be improved is the maintenance of the upkeep of this hotel. The rooms are not well maintained and toilet doors are half eaten from the end. The commodes were loose and tilted whenever used. The room was not pest controlled. Sheets were not very clean and tidy. The majority of issue was with the bell boys who se communication was pathetic. Need to greatly concentrate on the improvement of staff quality to have customers visiting.

The property is very old and no proper regular maintenance. The rooms are dirty, cracks, dark patches on walls, tiles. Window curtains are dark co-loured and fittings are not in position. The furniture and beds are in bad shape. The restaurant is in very pathetic condition. We took food outside. It is not suitable for stay for a decent family.

Overpriced for the quality of stay. And room maintenance has to be improved for the price being paid. Food is ok. Only good thing was the room service.
