화이트 말린 인 - 버지니아 비치(White Marlin Inn - Virginia Beach)

location was nice, the main part of the room was very clean and nice looking but the bathroom was in need of a shape up. there was a huge hole in the wall which they covered up with a towel rack, the shower had cracks in it and the toilet paper was just sitting out there was no holder. the shower curtain bar was nothing but rust and the curtain itself was moldy. the “kitchen” area was also very rundown. the cabinets were filled with rust and just stunk.

You get what you pay for. It close by the beach.

Love how close it is to the beach. Sadly hot water in the morning was nonexistent. Told property manager about major hole in the wall apon arrival and was flipped out on for making sure we were not charged for damage. Room was clean but as for newly renovation i do not see where. Manger needs to readjust her attitude

My biggest issue was the price and going in the room and seeing roaches. Yea the saying goes “you get what you pay for” BUT I have been in other hotels at the same price in the same area and are clean and roach free. I only stayed and didn’t complain to front desk bc they stay was on an emergency basis.

Initially Conversation With Staff On Duty Lacked Decor However Upon Arriving Staff Was More Personable And Professional...Stairs Leading To Room Not Safe Entering Room Smelled Like A Smoke Factory,Bathroom Curtain was covered in mold and mildew Shower Rod was Covered In Rust With Roaches Crawling On The Floor Toilet Seat Wasn't Secure..Wall Sockets werent safe Ironing Board Was Broken

As soon as we pulled up the environment looked grimey. Our room had roaches on the floor crawling, motel is run down, ghetto looking and bed sheet had obvious stains on it. Only thing good about the motel is distance to beachfront but desparate need of a makeover and new ownership. Slum motel.

The registration clerk came out her room to greet me after leaving a sign on the door to call if you need her services very agitated and nonchalant . She claimed to not have my seem my pre booked accommodations which i received a confirmation and showed her . We finally discovered she over booked the room I have purchased and was full to capacity . I was left to look for a new room 1am after driving 3 hours for vacation on a holiday weekend. I ended up sleeping in my vehicle that night . I wouldn’t recommend this place to house a dog !

I loved that I had a place to lay my head. Other then that the worker was rude af. The motel in its self wasn’t cleaned. I get motels aren’t supposed to be fancy and you can’t expect much. But I would expect a clean bathroom with clean sheets. Let alone when I asked for more towels the lady questioned me…

We had the Best Women as Check-in Clerk ,room Cleaning, Towels ect .. We had an Evening with them For My BF Birthday 🎂!! Thanks Tina and Peggy!!
