The hotel needs a lot of updating. The elevator is slower then ever. You’d wait a good 10 mins just for it to stop on your floor. The one Indian lady at the front desk always had an attitude and was rude. The one step in the stair way has messed up stairs and you could see where multiple people dropped cups and food and items from falling (that needs fixed) other then that my family enjoyed our stay but won’t be staying back at this hotel again. We left the hotel cleaner then when we arrived.

Service was not friendly lady was rude and they have a 50 dollar fee that's not mentioned until check in

Wasn’t thrilled with the restroom being split up. Toilet and shower off the bedroom, and sink in the hallway. A big inconvenience having everyone come through the bedroom to use the bathroom. Entire room needs updating. Floors were poorly swept.

They have Bed bugs and terrible situations any of the heaters in the seconds floor are working. I don't recommend this hotel to any body. Is better if you sleep in your car

After we checked in and went to our room the floors was wet, room was colder than outside, door latch for safety was broken off, and the sofa bed was not comfortable at all

Room cleanness was horrible... the floor was dirty and full of send and ********** in the living room, bathroom and bedroom... I requested to have the floor vacuumed and mopped in day that I checked in but they didn't send a cleaning crew till the third day. I requested a wake up call at 510am to catch a flight and they never called. The locals call the hotel as "roach hotel" but the bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. I was there for 5 nights for Thanksgiving by myself. I do not recommend if you planning to stay with family. Staff was OK.

Perfect location. Friendly staff on all shifts. The suite was really cute, Perfect oceanfront views. The only cons: it was cold in the suite at check-in and the heating units were not on, so we had to wait for the heat to get pumping. The other cons is that the floors felt unswept and gritty and the wet bar sink dripped continuously. Other than that, it was a beautiful stay.

When you sat on the toilet you couldn't sit straight your knees were touching the bath tub .

We were not notified until we got there that they did not have housekeeping services, so, we had to sweep our own floors, and go to the front desk for towels, coffee, etc. the bathroom stool was very cramped close to the bathtub. What we loved was the patio, beach view, the two rooms, and fantastic location.
