B 보우 호텔 라 비뉴엘라 & 스파(B Bou Hotel la Vinuela & Spa)

We have eaten at the hotel many times as we live nearby and have usually enjoyed it.We had an evening meal on 26 Dec to celebrate our daughter's birthday.The evening was a total disappointment.The younger waiter serving at our table was totally disinterested in his work and this really spoilt the evening.One of the hot meals was cold and had to be returned.Such a shame as the decorations were tasteful.We will not be returning

First time at B Bou Hotel La Viñuela & Spa. And it will not be the last visit. The check in was very quick and efficient and the receptionist very serviceminded. We got a lovely room with a nice balcony and a great view to the pool, the garden and the reservoir. All of the staff are helpful and smiling. You feel at home from the start. Unfortunately, the only thing where everything was not top notch was the restaurant. The breakfast is really good. There is a small buffet. But in addition, you will be served fresh fruit and a plate of ham and cheese at the table. And you can order all sorts of different egg dishes and sweet things such as pancakes. For lunch and dinner we could choose from the same menu card. For lunch it would have been nice to just be able to choose a burger or a caesar salad. In general, the hotel's kitchen was not of the same high standard as the rest of the hotel. Most dishes were very average and once we had to return our steaks twice. Unfortunately, to the great annoyance of the waiter and instead of apologizing, we were told that next time we should order the steak well done if we didn't want it raw. We had ordered medium - and medium is neither raw nor well done. Fortunately, that was the only time we experienced bad treatment. Regardless of the hotel's Kitchen, we can only recommend a stay.

Just brilliant. The hotel is superb and we stop on a regular basis whenever in Andalusia. Have a meal on the outside terrace when the weather is good, best terrace dining in Europe! The Cesar salad is a must from the snack menu, need to ask for it and is a mean on its own. Goat pate, the best starter! With a glass of wine or beer, lunch is a 2 hours relaxing event. Do try to attend the 'Jazz Nights', unbelievably brilliant but must book early, always sole out. We fly in from the UK just for these evenings, so give it a go.

B Bou is a really pretty hotel, great food and super relaxing environment! We stayed in the suite room which was really special with amazing views and separate living room and large balcony. We tried a couple of the local restaurants which are def worth a visit. The staff were friendly, I would suggest brushing up on your Spanish before arriving as it’s appreciated to at least make an effort - mostly Spanish guests when we stayed. Lastly the Manager was so kind to us, one evening when we couldn’t get a taxi to a nearby restaurant he took us in his own car and rang ahead to ensure we got a good seat at the restaurant and that we were taken care of! Some improvements would be - waiter service at the pool for drinks, a choice of male and female spa therapists at the spa. Def recommend if you want an authentic Spanish experience and some r &r for a few days

We visited the restaurant in the evening for a meal. The main meal sizes are markedly smaller; they were like starters. A main of Steak (dearest item on menu) did not come with peppers (pimentos de la padron) or a cheese potato - but just chips and a few tomatoes. One main meal was completely wrong and had to be sent back. Dessert was very nice, however. Hotel Vinuela has dropped its standards for food, sadly, and we would not consider coming again for a while. The price for this experience was too high, a "rip off" on this occasion.

Fantastic hotel with superb atmosphere and food. We just missed some kind of sunshade in room 201 since we had a fantastic balcony that we were unable to use.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff, a gorgeous setting and decor that makes your stay truly memorable ! Of special note is Davide and the staff in the dining area who made us feel welcome and special where we truly enjoyed every minute of our lunch and our dinner And when in Spain, eat the freshly made gazpacho with the unique olive oil ice cream as the garnish! Thank you all again for a wonderful stay!

Superb staff in every part of the hotel, rooms lovely and clean, food superb, but the treatments by Mar and Jose were exceptional. A thoroughly enjoyable ‘girls’ break, we just would like to have stayed longer.

From the minute we arrived we were made to feel like v.i.p's. The hotel and gardens are beautiful, and impeccably cared for. The food is lovely, and the price of drinks reasonable. There is a feeling of peace and tranquility everywhere. The pool was never too busy, and always had available sun beds with cushions. The views from the hotel are wonderful. In the evenings we sat and watched the sun go down from the dining room as we enjoyed the great food, oustanding friendly service what a joy. When we sadly had depart we felt as though we were leaving new friends so a huge thank you to every member of staff for your kindness.
