We stayed here end July 2023 while visiting the Black Forest region including Europa Park. We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 teens. Booked 2 rooms. Great hotel. Breakfast basic but enough to start the day. Very clean and close to many shops and restaurants. Just round the corner there is a pedestrian zone with restaurants and shops. Thank you for your kind hospitality. Well done!!

Very nice staff and clean rooms. Easy access from parking garage and multiple restaurants nearby. Downside is the lack of airco or climate control, but they supply a fan if needed.

We spent three nights at this lovely, relaxing hotel. We were a group of fifteen on a motorcycle tour of the Black Forest and could not have been made to feel more welcome. It is family run and owned and that was very evident. The room was beautifully decorated, warm and spacious, with a fabulous shower room and nice toiletries . There is small bar and terrace area and a cosy lounge with free coffee and excellent cake. The breakfast was varied and plentiful and included scrambled eggs, sausages, fruit, yoghurt and delicious breads. For bikers, the parking is just perfect; secure and safe and on the same level as reception. The area has many nice restaurants and is a perfect base to explore the Black Forest. Thank you to the lovely owners and staff for a wonderful stay.

I was touring the area with friends, this hotel was used for three nights. Customer service from initial reception through to departure was excellent. My room was lovely, vehicle safe in the covered car park, very handy for the town itself. Breakfast - great choice and high quality. Good sauna, gym facility (I did not use) Stuart

We had a very nice stay in this hotel. We had room 417 which was pretty big. Coffie and tea maker available and very good quality of beds. Smart tv available, you could connect via chromecast. Sauna also available and we booked this twice. Coffee and cake free of charge in the bar during whole day. And the most important, people are so very friendly ... it's amazing !! Breakfast was very good. Lokation in the center.

The property is beautiful and the people are very nice. The area of Schwenningen is lacking in activities, is dirty and felt unsafe. The walls are covered in graffiti and gang symbols. We felt unsafe walking around. Most restaurants didn’t open until after 5 pm and there was limited selections to choose from.

We arrived late on Bicycles but were instantly shown where we could park our bikes in the garage and how to take the lift right up to our floor (reception is not on the ground floor). Very clean room if a little dark but perfectly fine for the one overnight we had planned, Breakfast was super and was a great start to the day.
