這次入住的是公寓這邊。有小廚房，三個卧室。還有冬天必備的暖爐。開陽台門就可以玩雪。非常好

Family of 5 (kids 10, 11, 13). The transfer from Geneva was 1 hour 20, very easy. From the moment you arrive you are made to feel so welcome, the chalet is simply gorgeous and magical as it was dressed for the festive period (our stay was 28 Dec to 2 Jan). The layout is easy to get around. Beautiful bar and lounge area serving a range of foods. We had two interconnecting junior suites which are huge and have plenty of room. TV has British channels and ability to beam your phone for netflix etc. Wifi very good. Games rooms for kids and adults. There are several restaurants in the hotel and plenty of great restaurants in town which the hotel can book. If coming during February half term, I would suggest booking ahead. The spa is phenomenal. I would highly recommend emailing them to book in advance especially at peak times like February half term or Christmas and New Year as they get booked ahead of time so avoid being disappointed - there was little to no availability for walk in’s. The pool is lovely too. Dressing gowns and slippers are all in the rooms. Lift passes - get from hotel reception. We hadn’t pre-booked skis but this was straightforward. There is a rental place at the top of the mountain. The train stop is directly opposite the chalet and takes 15 mins to the slopes. Very easy. I would also recommend booking a locker in the ski shop so you don’t have to traipse with skis and boots / it’s a godsend and about 25chf per day and it fits 6 persons gear. Well worth it. We hired an instructor from ESS in advance. There are several restaurants on the slopes but a very popular one is Hotel du Lac / again book ahead or book for the following day. Great family restaurant. All in all it’s an amazing hotel with top notch service - you cannot go wrong and we will return.

Really disappointed, the place is running down and the management does not seem to care. Food is just catastrophic and definitely not worth anything more than what a 3 star hotel would provide. The hotel has a serious issue around its restaurants. And the management refuses to acknowledge it.

Very poorly managed property : it took two hours to get our food for Christmas dinner. Manager didn’t even apologise.

October may be off-season in the Swiss Alps, but with the views and facilities the was a real weekend luxury getaway. Very friendly and relaxed service. Rooms were spacious with a terrace and beautiful sunset views over the Alps. With sunshine and up to 25 C, we unfortunately had no time for the pool and spa facilities. Recommend instead the train up to the mountains - the station is one minute away and takes you right up to pristine hiking areas. For an aperitif, either the hotel terrace or walk down to the Ptit Chalet to mingle with the locals. For dinner, both the hotel restaurant and Ecovets (10 min taxi-ride away) serves excellent local fare (October is game season!). For lunch, have the hotel try to book at the Miroir de l'Argentine above nearby Gryon. Spectaulcar surroundings.

The hotel is nice, and the staff at reception welcoming. The room (a "mountain-inspired Junior Suite") was large and nice, although the view was mostly on a path were several walkers would regularly stop a few meters away from our window. The pool and sauna/steam bath are also large, modern and well decorated. On the negative side, impossible to book a treatment at the spa, it was fully booked - fortunately, we found slots at a nearby hotel. The shower cabin in our room has not been cleaned at all during our stay. And at breakfast, we were told every day that the tables next to the window were occupied, but nobody sat there during the hour or so when we had breakfast. Sad that these few regular issues lower the overall rating of the hotel.

Wonderful location and service. Food was excellent. Service and staff impeccable. Rooms spacious with spectacular view. Spa is great and massage is good. The furnitures in the room are a bit dated and there is no USB port, but you will not care about it because other things are so top-notched.

Everything is perfection in this hotel , lovely staff especially Maria from Portugal . Location is Perfect for the ski train . I’ll be back here it ticks literally all the boxes . You can ski in ski out also. Gym sauna area is first class - as a group of old mates we couldn’t have asked for more .
