Terrible breakfast service. Stale bread, we were told there wasn't fresh bread delivered on any day. A bit of fruit and that's about it. No restaurant either. The bedroom was good and quiet, location was very good to be able to visit the city.

As everyone has pointed out, this has the perfect location, being both quiet and central. The room was simple but pleasant and the bed was particularly comfortable. The breakfast room looks great, with its library along one wall looking pretty authentic, unlike similar in some budget chain hotels.

A hotel with unique character well located in the old town of Leon within easy walking distance of the centre and close to many great bars and restaurants. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and the room was large, clean and our stay was very peaceful.

We chose this hotel as it was central in Leon , had parking and appeared good value. We were delighted with its location for sightseeing and the local square provided options for drinks/eating in a quieter setting than the more commercial areas . Rooms are very clean and comfortable although noise can be an issue if your adjoining neighbours are not quiet. We did not try the breakfast based on previous reviews or restaurant as there were too many other options so near to try. There is a fridge in the room but no safe however you can leave valuables in the hotel safe with reception. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful and yes it is a good value option to stay when in Leon.

The spiritual side of the property gave me a peace of mind and a restfulness

Visited Leon for two nights with friends and the location is fantastic, five min walk to the cathedral. Stayed in a big room for four. Overlooks a cute plaza with bars and cafes. Room lovely, air con and bar fridge. Comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. Shower over bath. Very clean. Staff are fantastic on site parking and as this hotel is in a restricted area precise instructions are provided by the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

I didn't realize I made such a good choice in terms of location when I booked the hotel. It is within the pedestrian restricted zone within the old town but is accessible by car if you are a hotel guest. Just follow the directions carefully sent by the hotel. The location is ideal because it is opposite to a beautiful medieval square scattered with a few restaurants and cafes which are fairly quiet, but yet it is only 2 streets away from the main action of the old town, that is all the restaurants, cafes, shops and bars. Those could be very noisy even until quite late at night but those are also the places you want to visit during your stay. From the hotel, you can't hear any noise from the bars. Room is very spacious like the paradors (but without the price tag), parking is on-site and easy to park. Very friendly staff. We tried the restaurant for lunch. Their specialty is rice dishes which didn't disappoint.
